The main feature Roast duck is a bit gamey without any memorable flavors. The wrapping pancakes are too thick and easy to break which is the worst. Duck soup is delicious but the fried duck ribs are totally not worth it. Service is nice and cordial and the price is totally fair plus locals get 15% discount. Those who complaint about the price because they are bunch of peasants and never been to a formal Beijing Duck restaurant or any formal restaurants. These fools think anything above 100NTs is expensive. Oh!!! One important thing to remind you, the steam egg with caviars is pure nasty, beware!!!

說真的～我覺得這家烤鴨還不錯，那天幫我們服務的蔡組長服務也非常好，但是當天另外一位戴眼鏡的經理因為我家人當下在google 給予的負評，直接進我們的包廂質問家人，這點其實就有點不太禮貌⋯畢竟我們訂包廂用餐的用意就是希望不要受到打擾，尤其現在在疫情期間，真的有必要在我們用餐的時候衝進我們包廂質問我們嗎😅？再來，我們當初打電話訂位時～我們說要訂烤鴨，服務人員是說～請問是要訂一鴨三吃2399方案嗎？我們說好～結果到現場被告之說餐廳已經幫我們做下去一隻了，只能就是直接點一隻，無法半隻，然後一隻的價位是3200而非2399。其實說真的～我們在意的不是差價（都來吃烤鴨了，而且除了烤鴨配餐之外，我們還加點了其他菜，那麼在意價錢的話，我們會這樣做嗎😅？）我們在意的是，當下好像有點被強迫的感覺⋯所以我們才會反應說希望以後服務人員在電話預訂烤鴨時能先告知清楚，避免客人誤會⋯結果服務人員幫我們反應給經理後，得到的不是「抱歉，我們下次會注意的」而是經理口氣不是太好的回覆我媽「我們傳給你們的簡訊裡面都有寫」⋯既然經理您這樣說，我就把我收到的簡訊都截圖傳上來，請問，當服務人員在電話跟我說一鴨三吃2399元，我說好，事後貴公司傳的兩封簡訊裡面，哪裡有提到我們訂的是一隻鴨而非半隻呢？我們同意說要2399，對照菜單上就是半隻吧？所以「簡訊上都有寫」這個⋯我們真的是黑人問號？家人當下說真的是因為體恤疫情當下餐廳經營辛苦，才點頭同意改為一隻，如果我們的體諒，反而助長了經理您的理直氣壯，那真是多謝了⋯謝謝您讓我們知道真的該把這家餐廳，列為拒絕往來戶了，因為這樣的服務態度真的很不okay。感覺很像花錢受罪😅。高雄的烤鴨餐廳很多不是非吃你們不可😅

服務★★★✩ 口味★★★ 上菜流程掌控★★★ 新鮮度★✩ 設備★★ 再次光臨意願✩ 說實話，這次到便宜坊喝春酒 做東的大哥應該覺得滿沒面子的... 含水果+西米露大概十道菜 照定價，應該也不會便宜到哪

先說環境 以一個設計師的角度 原設計師的成熟度跟巧思是可見的 但許多部分已損壞，看得出有段時間沒維護了。 地面的厚毛地毯，亦有油垢。 餐椅不難坐，但在厚毛地毯上會卡住 且造成多數椅子鬆搖... 牆面的許多傷口，看來也非近期新痕。 包廂內的歌唱設備更是一絕 歌本包含3~4家公司的聯合本 服務人員告知只能找其中一家... 2019年的現在 東道主要唱個『小薇』 結果只有《徐乃麟》的沒有黃某的 就知道，歌有多新了！ 不但沒面子 還瞬間冷場... 麥克風還一直沒電 東道主講話，中斷 主持人請服務員換電池... 請了兩次後 花了快五分鐘，送麥回來

菜色 前菜三小碟(我沒有罵髒話...) 尚可 冷盤...一般般，但感覺不像半成品 之前中斷出菜近20分鐘 ... ... 上了甜麵醬跟烤鴨的朋友『絲絲盤』 蘋果已氧化返黑... ... 又10幾分鐘 ... 有長輩開始吃『絲絲盤』了！ 推了一直烤鴨出來 心想，開鴨秀...我就跑去錄影了。 錄了一分多鍾 好吧，菜鳥一枚... 取個心型鴉皮，花了快五分鐘 之後把鴨推走 不久，每桌上了 心型鴨皮+白砂糖 跟兩[鴨型盤]的 XXX真的不是我要罵髒話 第一次在餐廳吃烤鴨 沒有皮一盤，肉一盤 以為是市場買的嗎？ 之後，霹靂啪啦上好幾個菜 還得挪盤，換小盤... 上菜拿捏一點兒都不專業

鹹酥鴨骨一般般 鴨湯還可以...

清蒸魚...真的好好讚許一番 河X餐飲集團以新鮮著稱 這魚真是把招牌直接折斷了 ......別說好了...

服務態度不專業，餐點口味也很一般

針對業主的評論進行回覆： 首先對這位敢自稱為專業的經理，我是很佩服的，從頭到尾，服務態度我只看到拒不認錯，以及質問客人的方式。這樣談什麼專業呢？更有趣的是，我才評論完， 這位自稱專業的經理馬上就過來興師問罪，吃過這麼多間餐廳，第一次遇到不花心思在改善自身的態度、服務的品質，而是質問客人為什麼要給差評？「專業」的經理給客人的感受不好，難道不能針對事實進行評論嗎？ 在此還是稱讚一下蔡組長當天的服務，讓我們用餐體驗稍微好一些，中和了這位「專業」經理帶來不愉快的體驗。便宜坊是頗具盛名的一間餐廳，可惜，有這位的「專業」的經理存在，真的太讓人大開眼界。

再次針對這位執著的「專業經理」進行回覆： 首先，餐點的口味本來每人喜好不同，當下您直接衝進我們包廂質問我們時（真的是前所未見的專業服務態度），我已明確告訴您覺得餐點一般的原因，難道就您身為經理的身分，只容許來消費的顧客說餐點好吃的言論嗎？又何來不承認之說？子虛烏有的評價還請您自行保留。 再來，我們自始至終都是強調打電話預約時並未明確告知餐點只包含半隻烤鴨，並在進門用餐時也未重新確認後，就擅自作主將套餐改為一隻烤鴨的套餐，然後才通知一隻烤鴨已經做下去沒法更改，並只會一直鬼打牆說有發訊息做訂位通知。更別提對我父母咄咄逼人，根本無意解決事情的態度了。 最後您說我們一直凹折扣，請問我們具體凹了什麼折扣呢？難道詢問八月份壽星生日優惠這種在平常不過的事也算在凹折扣嗎？未免也太可愛了。 疫情期間大家都很艱難，但好的業者依然能維持服務的品質，不會刻意利用這點博人同情。同時，我也感謝您再次提到「安全舒適」的用餐環境，真的是一次完美的用餐體驗。 也預祝您...
