When it comes to meat with rice, this is a GEM! Chiayi chicken rice tends to be dry and bland, braised pork rice is also on the oily side. But this! The rice is soaked with duck juices, it's moist but not soggy, all the while emitting a hint of herbal fragrance. It's either crazy good or we're crazy hungry, probably both. It's cheap too!

住高雄那麼久了，一直經過這間，每次都大排長龍，也一直看到謝金燕如果來高雄就必吃，於是今天剛好騎機車，也剛好有停車格，所以就來嚐看看！ 名店總是免不了一定要大排長龍…， 原本我沒有很期待，畢竟我都習慣吃鹽埕區某兄弟的鴨肉店，所以在東西上來前，我的心情其實就滿普通的！ 不管內用外帶都要排隊點餐，如果要內用的， 建議一個排隊，其他人去找位置並且告訴桌號， 輪到我點完餐就去座位上等待了，等了大概差不多5分鐘餐點就陸續上桌，其實我覺得沒有很久… 我點了： 1、鴨肉飯2碗（內用不分大小只有一種） 2、2顆滷蛋 3、豆芽菜拌下水（小份） 4、鴨血乾的 5、當歸鴨心湯 餐點通通上桌後， 我按照慣例就是把蛋加在鴨肉飯裡， 然後攪拌…我以為會很油，完全顛覆我的思維， 飯根本清爽，而且搭配滷蛋真的超絕配， 吃了兩口後，我默默的起身，再去點了一碗飯😂 有些鴨肉飯的鴨肉是還會有骨頭，這間完全沒有， 而且鴨肉真的很Q軟，根本完勝我口袋裏的那兩間😂 我下次還會去吃兩碗！ 豆芽菜拌下水，這就比較普通的一道菜， 不過也非常的入口，豆芽菜及下水川燙過後， 加上店家的滷汁，清爽入口，很讚👍 接下來是鴨血了…根本與鴨肉一樣Q軟， 綿綿密密的，而且又紮實，我想應該是手工的， 因為只有手工才會大小不一，哈哈！ 加上醬油膏豆瓣醬…這根本就完全收服我… 最後最後就是當歸鴨心… 本來是要點當歸鴨肉，結果沒有鴨腿了， 於是改鴨心，鴨心非常脆，口感也極佳， 但是當歸跟外面的喝起來味道有點不一樣， 可能是有加些許的酒，如果沒有在喝酒的， 建議點餐的時候，可以跟點餐的人員說， 請她幫你備註不要加酒，這樣就可以了！ 店內的阿姨們都很忙，動作都很快， 雖然對自己人都大呼小叫的， 但是對客人非常親切唷！ 有什麼問題，都會立馬給予解答… 抱歉了鹽埕兄弟店…， 以後我的口袋名單就改這間了！

Great taste and very affordable prices. The merchants are EXTREMELY efficient - watching them work/serve is like a show!!! And they are super friendly, despite the long lineups and non-stop patrons, the ordering lady explained and recommended what is good.

Highly recommend the 當歸鴨湯, $50 with a big bowl of soup with a big duck “drumstick”.

Absolutely loved the merchant’s friendliness and how great they...
