不可理喻的服務！ 事由我希望使用一張電子票券換一份蛋塔。就是這麼簡單。

櫃檯人員要求我只能使用自助電子機器下單。好，一切都選好，QR code都scan完了。無能的機器就來當機，印不出來。

這下完美了。票券就顯示「已使用」，機檯沒反應，同一位店員竟然跟我說：「我也沒辦法，只有app的客服可以處理。食物我也不能給你，因為我沒辦法銷帳。」就默默走開了。

明明一開始你就手動scan個code，轉身拿一盒蛋塔，包起來讓我離開。三分鐘可以完成的事，要我浪費十多分鐘，排三次隊，最後還吃不到東西，一張票券消失了，還要求我自行跟客服再理論？

KFC店員你認為自己沒有責任？KFC你認為聘用這些店員沒問題？ 當當國際「速食」品牌因為打著高科技的旗號，本末倒置讓客人增添麻煩，錯誤率高又沒效率，你認為這都不是問題？

憑此立據。 這根本黑店！永不光顧！

Ridiculous service! A simple request to redeem an e-voucher for food turned into a frustrating experience. The only option left was the kiosk after an ignorant worker rejected my request.

The kiosk, typically reliable, was down without printing any receipt, yet the e-voucher showed as redeemed. The same worker behind the cashier informed me that she couldn't do anything to help—no food, no voucher replacement—just advising me to contact your app customer services.

When serving customers is your duty, shouldn't there be some responsibility on your shoulders when the kiosk malfunctions? In an age where trendy technologies are supposed to make things easier, they end up causing unnecessary trouble. I must say, as one of the world's leading brands, KFC, you are really dropping the ball.

How unfortunate to say this, but Keelung KFC, you will never see me or my family again. For those reading...

今天心血來潮想吃肯德基的新品，上官網點餐後，其實很快就送到了，但是卻發現少送了起士球，我只好打電話向客服求助，客服也說明會再請店家聯絡我。 期間在吃漢堡時，覺得奇怪，我明明點的是魚子海陸堡，但是漢堡裡面卻是花生醬、腿排和薯餅，有這種漢堡口味嗎？我覺得很奇怪，所以又打電話去客服詢問，後來店家打電話說會補上正確的口味給我，起士球則已經在路上了……這通電話是17:12分打的，現在是18：28分……我還沒收到，這期間怕讓外送人員等，我還去樓下等了20分鐘，也沒有等到，我想應該是等不到了…… 我覺得沒有要補送沒有關係，我也不貪圖全新的漢堡什麼之類的，可是說到沒有做到，這真的讓人有點生氣。 本來我超愛吃肯德基，速食店也只吃肯德基，可是現在卻遇到這種狀況，其實蠻失望的，以後無法再繼續購買了。 3/12補上後續 今天中午接到肯德基來電，店家反應當天真的有送出，好吧，我真的沒有收到。也感謝店家的回覆，我本來不覺得會收到回應的。還是希望以後都不要有類似的情形發生了，不然店員、外送人員都很累，我們消費者其...
