Evergreen Laurel Hotel (Keelung) — Hotel in Keelung

If you want a hotel that will make your trip to Keelung much more enjoyable, then you should definitely go to Evergreen Laurel Hotel, because it has a newly painted room, a location nearby a unique night market, and a swimming pool along with a hot water tub.

The room looks extremely new and recently decorated. Furthermore, the room is well lit, making the atmosphere pleasant and comfortable. The toilet is spacious, clean, and well maintained.

Another feature of this hotel is a night market 15 mintues away, and it is unlike any else. It opens at 12 in the afternoon, selling an assortment of crab meat soup, peanut ice cream, and a sandwich dubbed “healthy” that you definitely must try. The food sold at this night market is simply excellent.

Finally, like many other hotels, this one has a swimming pool. It isn’t crowded at all, so you can spend hours it there with the entire pool to yourself. In addition, it is an indoor heated pool, allowing for a quick swim anytime you want. The hot water tub is also an excellent option if you want a pool that is much warmer. We stayed here for 2 nights last December. We drove to the hotel, which offered free parking. Just register your car after checking in to claim the free parking. The reception was kind enough to let us park the car until 1PM on the day of check out. Thank you!||The hotel is situated a little outside the Meikou night market and the city centre, but situated opposite near The Great Food Town, so you will not be short of food options. I much prefer to stay in a hotel not in the center of it all due to noise, so Evergreen Keelung was the perfect choice for us. ||We stayed in the Triple room with Harbour view. The room was a little dated but still great. The pillow and the bed was not the most comfortable. The insulation of the room from the room next door was not that good, as I could hear my neighbour loud voice. But, the traffic noise was kept minimal, bear in mind that our room faced the harbour and the street. Although the room had its drawbacks, the view of the harbour, the cruisehip and the Keelung sign was great. Overall, it was a great stay and I would not hesitate to comeback. Thank you...
