The food is very fresh and tasty. Nice atmosphere. As they close by 21.30 they get minus 1 Star for already playing very loud "Good Bye" music, 20minutes before offocial closing, which is highly annoying.
UPDATE 03/11/2017 Reservationsystem is a nightmare. They don't accept reservations on a friday night. It is completely unorganized, not being able to give a rough forecast on how long you have to wait, even though they limit table time... Luckily lot of other people ahead of us got annoyed and left. So after 1.5h and a walk to 7/11 to get a snack we finaöly...

Read moreFood was great, seats were cozy. However, the 2 staffs serving us at the Nanking store yesterday were absolutely horrible.
The staffs may have felt exhausted working in a busy hot pot restaurant like 22:02, but this should give them no excuse for treating clients with rude attitude and insulting words.
It is a shame for a quality restaurant to hire staffs like the ones we encountered yesterday. Hopefully those 2 were just temps and the other diners won't need to put up with them for too long.
22:02 一直是我很喜歡的火鍋店。食物美味,座位舒適,服務生也「通常」很親切,直到昨天...
不知是雙十連假太忙(但我們抵達時並非用餐巔峰時間,當時店內客人也不多),或是店員心情不佳(若是被不當壓榨,應該透過公司內部管道或勞工局申訴,而不是把氣出在用餐客人身上),我們第一次在南港店碰到這麼低劣的服務。只隨便舉3個例子:
同行的5歲孩童不慎把白開水打翻,親戚立刻開始擦桌子。站在一旁的服務生,馬上大聲嘆氣+搖頭,再把店家附在桌上的衛生紙,整疊大約10公分厚,分成兩大疊「砸」在桌上(水花濺到幫忙擦桌子的親戚),衛生紙還沒吸完水,從隔壁桌又再抓一大疊衛生紙,整疊扔下來,一樣將上層沒吸到什麼水的衛生紙,跟吸飽水的髒衛生紙一起丟掉。態度差之外,還好浪費...
點餐時的對話: 店員1:「請問要吃什麼?」 我:「我要一份花枝漿...」 店員1:(立刻不耐煩打斷)「妳先說要什麼湯底...」 我:(你如果先問要什麼湯底,我就會先說湯底... 而且到底為什麼要用這種態度啦...)
用餐中的對話: 長輩:「小姐,麻煩給我一點水!」 店員2:「一點...(停頓)那妳是要我給妳一杯還是一壺...」 我: (妳問話的口氣可以稍微好一點點嗎?長輩沒有把水的size表達清楚,有這麼讓妳不高興嗎...) 當天的食物仍然美味,除了低劣的服務生(們),也還是有幾位親切的服務生(好佳在,不然我們那限定一個半小時的用餐時間,真的好痛苦)。
一間店的好口碑,是很長時間累積而成,而且創辦人對於食材、定價、室內裝潢設計的用心,是很讓人肯定的。
另外,我一直認為,就算不是自己花錢買的東西(如例子1提到的衛生紙),也不應該隨意浪費,畢竟這都是店家經營成本的一部分。
希望大家去用餐時,不要碰到跟我一樣不愉快的經驗。22:02...
