Read more作為香港人我必須說這是我在台灣7年(包含唸書+工作)來吃過還原家鄉味的餐廳之一!很多香港餐廳來台灣後就變樣了,希望這家可以維持水準。
因為跟朋友午餐吃很飽,晚餐就找了Citylink 餐牌裡多甜點的店來吃了!結果主餐跟還是甜點都是水準以上(*^ー^)因為主餐跟點心的部份比較驚艷,朋友有拍照就想順便分享一下~
我的必吃名單: 港式鮮蝦雲吞生麵:這湯底一喝就知道是正宗的,雲吞麵的湯底就是要用大地魚乾(比目魚)熬出來!鮮蝦雲吞味道不錯,台灣大多的雲吞蝦跟豬肉的配比,吃起來是豬肉味>鮮蝦味,而且相對大小比較小,這邊明顯有吃出鮮蝦味>豬肉味。這邊麵的選項我必須推生麵,放久了都不會軟塌,彈牙的口感跟雲吞裡蝦子的彈牙才是完美的協奏曲~
蝦餃:蝦餃皮的部份厚度適中,蝦子彈牙ლ(^ω^ლ),蝦餃燒賣是點心裡面的王道啦,長年佔據早茶特點、大點的位置,吃港點哪有不點他的道理,除非不喜歡吃蝦子或過敏!
燒賣:燒賣皮薄,餡豬肉跟蝦的配比剛好,吃起來有肉感,還有蝦的鮮味,雖然魚子普遍大小比香港小,但還是可以解鄉愁的。有配合台灣人口味提供醬油跟辣椒醬,單吃還是很夠味的!
手打牛肉球:忘記餐牌上的是手打牛肉丸還是球,因為這點心在香港是手打牛肉球,特別大顆,有時候還會附上腐皮在外面,還有切碎的荸薺加強口感(雖然這邊沒有),但這邊有做到神韻吃起來有牛肉的鮮甜還有彈牙感!在香港通常我喜歡沾喼汁(伍斯特醬)來配著吃,微酸的配上牛肉的甜味很配~
