在評分時我在4星和5星間猶豫，在用餐當下真的覺得還不錯吃，可是離開後說有什麼讓我回味的感覺也沒有，因此給了4星。 一般常見的麻辣鍋都是紅通通的湯頭，而青花驕綠色的麻辣湯頭真的有特色，我覺得他的味道較溫和麻香，反而辣味不突出，比較適合不太能吃辣的台灣人。他有四種湯頭，青花驕麻辣鍋，青麻椒肥牛鍋，松露菌菇鍋，酸菜白肉鍋。我吃過青花驕和青麻椒，個人比較喜歡青花驕，香麻味比較突出，青麻椒鍋雖有肥牛，但口感還好，（其實他的牛肉我覺得都不夠滑嫩，有點韌） 相對主餐的肉普通，我覺得副餐比較好吃，排骨酥蝦滑都很不錯，另外在南港店用餐，出示Citylink會員即可獲贈綜合丸子一份，8顆258元，很有誠意，也很好吃，但菜盤量偏少，沒有自助吧，兩人套餐只有一盤。另外菜盤有塊芋頭，我覺得很不搭，我是火鍋可以放芋頭派的，但加在麻辣鍋真的不適合，又甜又鹹又麻，超怪的口味。 另外一提，青花驕的服務真的不錯，首先桌距間很遠，空間大很舒服，其次上菜時，每道食材要怎麼煮都說明的很清楚，很多小細節也都不錯，例如會準備黑布遮住包包和脫下的外套避免附上味道，飲品的冰塊是另外給的讓客人自己調配。

王品集團的服務一向是他的強項，但近年來很多子品牌都在衰退，我覺得是大家覺得他的模式太老套了，餐點普通性價比低。青花驕是在口味上和CP值比較突出的王品品牌，受歡迎也是自然的。但採單點模式，我覺得還是適合多人聚餐，可以點到比較多品項，會比較滿足，我會回訪，但如果是兩人聚餐吃火鍋，東西種類就少，我就會選...
