Went for Valentine's Day dinner, which was a main course set of lobster and steak (plus the buffet sides/salads). Once seated, we were not asked about how we wanted our steak cooked, I had to flag someone down to ask about it. They said all steaks are cooked medium well, so we requested to cook to medium instead. Unfortunately, the steak still came out over medium well. The lobster, on the other hand, was slightly undercooked. Both came out already kind of cold. I would suggest serving on a hotter plate to keep the food warm.

While the salad and soup were passable, and the oysters were fresh, the main course was a letdown. The medium-cooked sirloin steak tasted dry and somewhat chewy, as if it hadn't been properly defrosted. Given Que's reputation, I expected better quality, and I hope that the use of the Amex deal doesn't compromise the overall quality of their dishes. It's essential for them to maintain their standards regardless...
