No wonder I avoid Starbucks - I wanted a regular coffee and got given something like 600ml giant monster - then looked for sugar and found nothing to stir it in - annoying. Won’t be back. Trying to carry the tall extra two for the price of one second monster home it got knocked over and spilled everywhere - Thanks Star(f)bucks ! Two annoyances for the price of one! 😩😖😤🤯😡🤬🤮 Just a clip-on splash-off top very insecure for a tall full top-heavy 600ml paper cup - at least most drink places in Taiwan seal the top with a heat-sealed plastic top so it won't spill if it falls over - but Not Starbucks ! That's where I Won't...

誠懇推薦 大家「「南港車站星巴克」」消費，可以看看 跟別家門市的不同唷！

我喝了星巴克咖啡這麼多年，從來沒有遇過⋯這樣誇張的服務態度！！！

我本來打算買了咖啡，就要走⋯想說坐一下等廁所！ 咖啡連喝都還沒喝到就...

因為咖啡太熱太滿 燙到嘴 因為咖啡太熱太滿 燙到手 因為咖啡太熱太滿 倒到桌上 衣服 超爛經驗！！！ 「原因是美式咖啡整杯裝很滿 裝太滿 裝到表面張力！很燙！」

PS.跟服務人員反應，等超久 處理態度 處理方式 很糟糕，重點是當時客人並不多，店內有四個服務人員！

後來處理的服務人員一開始，我並不反感她⋯ 但是 一路就只問還好嗎？ 給了我（手套滴水冰敷袋二次），息事寧人態度 真的很誇張！ 不禁讓我感到貴公司的服務態度 企業形象 是否都是這樣處理問題。 細節大致如下

@我問服務人員說，幫我做咖啡的人 能聯繫跟我道歉嗎？ ¥服務人員給我（手套滴水冰敷袋）回：去確認一下 離開後，我繼續等⋯⋯ ¥服務人員回來後，並沒有主動回答 我上述問題⋯就又換個（手套滴水冰敷袋）！ @我就問服務人員說，幫我做咖啡的人呢？ ¥服務人員回答：下班了！！

@於是我又問她說主管在嗎？ 能聯繫嗎？ ¥服務人員說：可以 找的到！ 於是人就消失了⋯⋯當時客人不多，我還是繼續等⋯心裏真的很不舒服！

本來我想給年輕人機會，不想要為難他們⋯但是

@後來我繼續反應我手很痛，她一樣沒回答我，找到主管了沒⋯我也不想問了！ PS.只回答能找到主管，然後放爛這就是貴公司的服務態度！

最後服務人員她說： 找賣場醫護人員來幫忙⋯⋯於是我只能繼續等⋯⋯真的越等 越火 還是等不到醫護人員，怎麼會是這樣的態度！！！ 是打算讓我們自己，自認倒楣然後沒這件事嗎？ 所以這樣的事件發生，難不成你們貴公司 沒有，教育過員工 應該如何處理嗎？

我心裡想，如果今天是老人家發生這樣的事情要怎麼辦？ 緊急應變措施，是這樣？ 真的很誇張 如果是你們的家人發生意外，你們會接受嗎？ 「沒有同理心」 是我對你們新的企業形象，認知！

18:29分消費 燙了嘴 燙了手 潑了衣服 褲子 手機 18:29～19:15左右只有2包手裝冰塊冰敷袋，找不到主管 換了杯咖啡！ 一路就只有等待 ，沒留我的聯繫方式 離開後也沒有人查詢資料...
