Everything here is just alright, to be completely honest.

The seating system is a little wonky though. We could clearly see half the restaurant was empty, but the host told us there were 2 tables ahead of us and required us to submit our phone member. They “called” us (it was an automated call) about 10 minutes later and sat us at a table that we could clearly see was empty the entire time we were waiting. Kind of a weird experience overall.

The waffles were a little dry but at least the Black Sesame latte and Iced Latte were decent.

When it first opened, it was a Japanese waiter, and the service was good. Until recently, when I came to eat in the evening, I found that the staff in the food preparation area at the bar were chatting loudly, chatting and laughing for two hours, and the noise was not acceptable. It affects my dining mood. I think all kinds of services are not what a professional waiter should have. I hope that the standard that a Japanese restaurant should have should be maintained, and the restaurant service SOP should be improved...
