I'm from California and traveled to Taiwan alone. On the evening of October 20th, I saw this restaurant recommended on the Internet. Very delicious. When I went in, the waiter say was fully booked and told me there would be a 30 minute wait and asked if I wanted to see the menu. About 15 minutes later, a male waiter took me to my seat and took my order in fluent English. He also helped me get hot water. The food is very delicious. Unfortunately, I ordered a leaf-wrapped chicken. The meat was a bit undercooked. The same waiter asked me if I wanted a new one.
