I missed the music since it starts at 10 pm. The food was delicious and there was a great selection. I got lamb with youtiao, cabbage with dried shrimp, and Taiwanese sausage. Everything was tasty and they were very nice about kids and allergies. Minimum order is $300 per adult,...

路過附近時突然想吃熱炒，意外發現環境舒適，食物表現也不錯的熱炒店。

鹹豬肉炒飯 鹹豬肉新鮮不過鹹且表皮有煎脆後再下去拌炒，米飯粒粒分明、蒜苗也保有脆度，雖稍油但整體表現良好。且一份才100出頭，cp值高很適合路過時外帶來吃。

宮保雞丁 今天點的料理中最出色的一道。 乾辣椒跟花生的香氣有炒出來，食材的新鮮度也很足夠。 雞丁應該是有先炸過，雞肉表皮有脆度同時保持內部的嫩度，但可能是因為肉的大小沒有一致的關係，每一塊的硬度稍有不同，但以簡單的晚餐來說是達標的。 醬料的搭配適中不搶戲，配菜的青蔥跟青椒熟度控制的很好，保有青菜的脆度與清甜。

金莎豆腐 雞蛋豆腐表皮炸的很好，吃到最後一刻依然保有一定的脆度。調味上有點日式感，沒有南部的甜膩，取而代之的是鰹魚粉的日式風味。 唯一稍嫌可惜的是鹹蛋黃的味道稍弱不太突出，更像鹹蛋黃風味的日式炸豆腐。但還是好吃的（但放冷後有點多油）

麻油蛋包 姜片用麻油煸脆後煮出的麻油蛋。蛋的熟度很剛好，蛋黃剛熟保有彈性又不會太乾。可能是因為是醬的關係，麻油的部分滿鹹的不適合當湯喝（也許加寫熱水或高湯後可以？），配菜高麗菜跟菇類的甜味可稍微平衡甜味。

環境乾淨舒適，服務人員親切友善 整體來說，如果有到附近 想舒服的吃個熱炒時會考慮前往的店

只是普通吃過晚餐，所以沒有拍照 如果下次有再訪時...
