90's Dining Bar — Restaurant in New Taipei

This is definitely a hidden gem in the area… We stopped in for a drink and ended up trying a couple of items from their food menu and they were really good! Their green pepper spicy fried chicken was so tasty! We ended up going back and taking friends later that evening and they’re open late and the friends loved the food as well. Service was pretty good and they understood enough English to make it easy enough to order.

Their cocktails are amazing… this place is truly a craft cocktail bar with an actual hard bound book as a cocktail menu. They have a large selection in this book and serve in unique, beautiful, crystal glasses. They even form special ice to order for certain drinks.

Definitely stop in if you enjoy good food and...

It was a terrible experience. It was my first time visiting this place, and since I wasn’t familiar with the concept, I asked twice to make sure I understood correctly after receiving the menu. However, the waiter, whose name he did not provide, was very rude. If I were to describe his physical appearance, he was tall and wore glasses man , His attitude was extremely harsh, and he even suggested that I could eat somewhere else if I didn’t like it, in a very disrespectful manner. It was a bit fancier than I expected, as someone that's used to dive bars, but the drinks were great, as was the food, and that's all that matters in a bar! I had a great time however, I showed up alone and ready to drink alone, but the waitstaff and bartenders showed me a lot of hospitality! Friendly conversations about booze, home, and tattoos. They even gave me a couple of free shots to drink with me (i drink like a fish)! Great friends for the night, id reccomend this place even without the great service, but it definitely left...
