Ambiance is good—really chill. The fries were good—super crispy outside, still tender inside—and a huge portion for the money. Beer selection was great.
Everything else was disappointing. What they called a margarita pizza was a cheese pizza, with thinly sliced beefsteak tomatoes and local basil, on a thin crispy cracker–like crust, and a really strange-tasting sauce, with a cheap supermarket-shelf Parmesan dusting. Can’t even place what it was with the sauce, but it had a strong sweet aftertaste; can’t even be sure it was tomato. To top it off, it was super oily. For $340, I could have gotten a much better pizza at Dominos. (Not that I would; just stating for the purpose of comparison.)
What they called bruschetta was some cheap local bakery bread roll, ridiculously soft, really thickly sliced. Call it what it is, fine, but you can’t call that bruschetta. Even a baguette straight from Carrefour would have been much better and true to the name.
Would have to tried a couple other vegetarian offerings, but everything was mushroom something or other—absolutely no variety.

If anything, it's a strange experience of seeing how a western beer bar / sports bar / restaurant chain is realized as a corporate 'bar' in Taiwan. It seems a lot is done for atmosphere, style, and service without reasons why. The food seemed really limited considering the size of the place and the scope of the chain.
