LOUISA COFFEE Xinban Jasper Villa Shop — Restaurant in New Taipei

The coffee was pretty normal and I have no complaints about the pork and cheese muffin I ordered, but the problem is that when we tried to order a cappuccino with oat milk we were told by the barista that they could not change the milk selection to oat milk for that because "oat milk does not froth". We asked them if they can change the milk for a latte and they said yes.......so they can froth oat milk for a latte but not a cappuccino? Everywhere else I've been to can alter the milk selection and also can froth oat milk.....maybe the staff needs...

Drinks good. Food bad. Environment bad.

Louisa do good drinks. They should stick to that. The food is poor quality and tasteless - it's like microwaved cardboard.

Considering that Taiwan likes cleanliness I was a bit shocked at how dirty it was. Tables were grimey - covered in previous customers drinks, tissues and crumbs. The floor was dirty, hadn't been swept in a long time. The chairs had crumbs on them. Not once did I see a member of staff come over to clean up. Quite gross....

Even Louisa coffee is chain cafe shop, but I really recommend this place if you need some pure & clam time. The space is relaxed and not to packed at all during the week day. Even in weekend, it can fit 80 seats.

It has its only private individual room, which it can reserved for meeting, gathering, business purpose.

This place is close to Banciao, the central is New Taipei City, Which only 10 mins walking from Banciao...
