Ming's Coffee Playroom 瞇瞇眼自家烘焙咖啡館 — Restaurant in New Taipei

Ming’s was my wife and I’s first experience with buying coffee beans and the boss was super helpful with helping us walk through what kind of beans would be nice for our preferences, so we bought a few bags. These beans are absolutely delicious! We’ve been making coffee for almost a year now and have tried beans from many other specialty coffee makers from all over the world and we keep coming back to Ming’s because there is this signature flavor profile with all the beans that are absolutely delicious and incredible fragrant. 搬到紅樹林半年，我之前在板橋豆子已經用罄無庫存，之前應急在全聯買了包豆子……但我這歪嘴挑一定不喜歡！趁51勞動節找到淡大附近烘焙坊，瞇瞇眼！ 瞇瞇眼老闆是位型男帥哥，人也很好願意幫忙外送大淡水區，但去店裡挑選豆子也是種享受，所以就不麻煩！ 瞇瞇眼的豆子多半是淺焙～淺中焙，深焙的話要預先詢問沒有庫存，不過我很幸運買到一磅的深焙配方豆，另外四包是淺焙的豆子，而且都是近期烘焙的，還要放個十來天喝才會好喝！還有一包用錢堆積的藝妓豆！購買五包有八折優惠，林林總總加總共6.5磅，平均一包（半磅）不到400元，是划算的高cp值！ 客倌們應該想要知道味道，小弟我利用家中基本懶人沖泡法：浸泡式smartcup 、1Zpresso Q系列磨豆器、92度、350 mL水、浸潤30 sec、浸泡3分鐘，咖啡香氣四溢，果酸味明亮，花香味留香，但豆子應該要再放久一點（目前才10天的呼吸）可以更好喝，但已經是好喝的耶加雪菲（水洗、衣索比亞、耶加雪菲74112），雖然我比較喜歡喝日曬的豆子，但已經很棒了！ 最後，非常推薦大家來購買這裡的豆子，聽說內用也有很多很棒的餐點！大推👍👍👍 ps....
