It's a clean neat modern cafe area that serves beer and seafood chips. The fishballs were definitely tasty along with the soup. Seafood chips samples of 4 flavors were at the front for tourists to try but to be honest, they didn't taste like "oh I must travel across the sea to this eatery and try some!" quality.
There's 3 floors, 1st two being eating areas and the 3rd being where the washroom is located (very cramped).
When our group went there, it was pretty dead. (Perhaps 5 people for an area that can easily seat hundreds).
