Youshi Twilight Cafe — Restaurant in New Taipei

We accidentally passed by this coffee shop while walking in the Jiu Fen ancient village area and decided to check it out because the cafe has a great location and the outside scenery looks like a house in Japanese architecture. This is truly a wise decision, although the shop has a small space, it is quite cozy and convenient for resting and waiting for the bus after you have tired walking at Jiufen. I had a wonderful experience at this cozy café in JiuFen. We happened to walk past on a stormy afternoon, soaking wet from the rain, and the warm, inviting atmosphere was the perfect refuge. The rustic, woody interior gave it such a comforting vibe. The filter coffee was rich and full of flavor, and the cheesecake was absolutely delicious—such a great pairing! Sea salt cream iced coffee was delicious, creamy, and not overpowering! I also enjoyed the Osmanthus latte it had a fragrant and light flowery flavor to it!
