旭達豆漿店 — Restaurant in New Taipei

旭達豆漿店 has the most gloriously delicious 蛋餅i’ve ever had. don’t be intimidated by the line, because it moves fast and it is SO worth the wait (also there are only three tables, but most people take out — the only thing is, people are constantly standing over you as they get their sauce to go / wait in line). starting with the actual 蛋餅 itself, it is immaculately crisp yet also soft at the same time, biting off cleanly. i appreciate how it was flakey in the sense that it was crispy, but it didn’t get all over the place, nor was it oily at all. the natural greasiness of the 餅 was perfectly undercut by the thick, fluffy? mild egg. now onto the best part — the sauce. by drizzling a generous amount of the gooey, thick soy paste onto the 蛋餅, you create an IMMACULATE combination of sweet and savoury flavours. the sauce was packed full of umami, it was so addicting i could literally drink it. wash it down with a sweet, cold, refreshing cup of 紅茶 and you have experienced taiwanese breakfast at its...

整體來說，這是一家 “頗具水準的地區店家” 呢！

農民曆說，今天方位：“福神東南” 。 嘿嘿嘿～對於不曉得該吃什麼早餐的我，真的是一個很棒的指引啊！看來，今天的目標就是 “新店” 囉！

隨便一搜，就跳出這家店。 只不過…… 這個位置，相當 “尷尬” ……我只好用冒險的精神，從 “環狀線”、“十四張站” 下車，徒步前行。 出站後才猛然發現，在這個高樓林立的另一側，竟然還有這麼濃濃鄉下氛圍的小樓、小徑、小清新。挺特別的。

走個5～10分鐘左右，遠遠的就能看到排隊人潮，我像觀光客一樣，比手畫腳的問了一嘴：內用、排隊？(手勢請自行想像 :D) 店員順口一回：對，內用排隊，今天排的比較短。 哇～～ …… 真的是 充滿霸氣 的回答啊！

這邊的選擇不多，蘿蔔糕還賣完了呢…… 所以，我就點了 ：招牌蛋餅 + 豆漿紅茶。

在中央廚房盛行的現在，“現場擀麵團”已經不多見了。所以，排隊時，還能看到師傅的現場演出，蠻舒服的。 特別是 …… 師傅拿“菜刀”分隔麵團的刀法，那真的是行雲流水、綿延不絕啊～ XD

上菜了。 看到這個 “蛋餅” 的時候，真是讓人懷念。 好久沒吃這種 “厚餅皮” 的蛋餅了。 這種蛋餅跟蔥油餅最大的差別，就在於“油”的多寡…… 哈哈哈！XD 當然，再細分的話，麵粉的“筋度” 也是不同的…… XD

這個蛋餅，我覺得相當好吃、非常好吃、太棒了啊！ 雖然，桌上的醬料一堆。不過，我選擇原味。yes！

這個蛋餅…… 外脆、內軟、蛋滑嫩。

就這樣？ 嗯…… 就這樣…… 簡單、直覺的評論，就是對這個蛋餅最高的評價了。

畢竟…… 早餐耶！這是早餐耶！早餐能吃到這一味，也算是滿滿的驚喜跟歡樂了呢！ 如果拿這個餅皮跟坊間薄皮餅皮相比的話，那真的就是 “大人欺負小孩”了， 沒得比！ 畢竟…… 這樣的口感、味道，大概只有那些有老師傅坐鎮的 “麵食館”，才有機會吃到的呢！ 所以，如果要化為數字的話，這個蛋餅絕對有 80+以上的水準呢！

紅茶豆漿，就…… 中規中矩。

說說結論： 味道：這個 “招牌蛋餅” ，讓我不虛此行。 服務：應該算…… 沒有吧！垃圾記得要自行丟棄、分類。哈哈！這個在台北很常見，就是，在評分上，只能給基本分數了。 用餐環境：騎樓小店舖，尚未升級的local店面啊！
