Review update : 3 weeks later, after the first impressions effect we choose to be here for dinner but this choice was a total disappointment.
Youngster waiter was a nightmare. He has no idea about hospitality, not even say a sorry after spilling the souce almost one of our friend. Luckily we managed to clean it.
8 people of sitting and all paying in cash as clearly stated in the menu and we did. At the end of 2:00 hours "ordering" period he came and yelled to the table by saying we need to pay if we want to sit. It was obvious we are not gonna stay there and told him we will leave in couple of minutes. Even having 18 more empty tables he kept his rudeness.
I told him to stay calm but rather then listening, his trembling hands were much more disgusting then his behaviour.
To sum up, i wish he may become sober and get rid of the chemical he uses as soon as possible.

It's a bang for a buck if you know how to grill fast and efficiently roast the meat.
Everytime I ate here. There are a lot of miss orders. That's ok for me since I'm a grill expert. I can cook anything on a charcoal.
Food minus 1 star. It's not the best meat across Taiwan but it's the price what I pay for. Every time I visit here when they served meat to me. It's all leftovers but it's still delicious when I cook it. Sometimes I seasoned it well and slowly roast the meat to taste sumptuously.
I don't speak fluent in Chinese.

Read more中午訂最早的時間用餐,只能說非常推薦。 兩人點599的價位已經非常夠吃,以下給一些個人意見僅供參考。
肉類 首推韓式牛小排、韓式豬小排: 不太清楚為什麼叫韓式因為不辣,但是醃過的味道非常不錯,也算快熟,剛開始有先直接上一小盤韓式豬小排試烤。 安格斯牛五花、霜降牛: 牛五花的油脂非常不錯,很適合開胃,但不建議吃太多不然會開始覺得油脂過多。霜降牛偏瘦,味道算是正常。 紐約客厚切牛排: 直接吃味道很淡沒有牛肉味,肉的厚度和軟硬還行,或許直接撒鹽去烤會有更好的風味。 嫩切豬梅花: 很容易過熟可能要注意,肉味不錯偏清淡,似乎有點軟骨,可以在牛吃多了之後稍微換個口味。 香滷大腸: 味道還滿重的,這個看個人喜好。
海鮮(基本不太推) 鮮烤魷魚翅、豐厚魚下巴、東石生蠔: 平均水準,魚下巴有些腥味最好搭配調味料。 淺海大扇貝: 連同冷凍的汁水一起烤,但很容易烤過頭,要注意水份不要完全乾掉,平均水準。 海灣赤珠貝: 應該是合成品,不怎麼有干貝的味道,吃起來有點像稍硬的果凍。 貴妃鮑魚角: 個人覺得還算可以,雖然吃起來反而有點魷魚的味道。 晶鑽大白蝦: 殼非常難剝,和肉緊黏在一起(並不是不新鮮),如果不甚把蝦腳蝦頭烤焦,那蝦子很容易帶有焦味變不好吃。
鮮蔬 奶油金針菇: 推薦,味道很不錯。 香菇; 有點乾可能是我不會烤,如果有把奶油金針菇的鋁箔留下來放進去烤可能會更適合。
配菜 唯一推薦和風洋蔥絲,生的洋蔥非常解膩,如果害怕辛辣味建議不要,吃太快很容易嗆到鼻子。
甜點飲料冰淇淋 都很不錯,招牌奶蓋據朋友說很好喝,我個人第一次喝分辨不出來,甜點中規中矩,冰淇淋有兩種品牌都不錯吃,稍微要注意的是冰淇淋要看桶子來分辨品牌而不是冰櫃。
服務 這個必需推薦,換烤網換得很勤,基本上完全吃不到網子黏上來的焦味。服務生們也會在換烤網時給點意見說甚麼品項怎麼烤比較好,有次點了奶蓋卻沒來的時候,按服務鈴也很快過來幫忙補上,空盤也非常勤勞的幫忙整理,即使只有一個小盤子也會很快收走。是一間我認為收10%服務費完全合理的店。
其他 不確定是不是每次都這麼做,當第一次點某個品項時,送來的會是比較小盤的類似讓你嘗試,第二次點同品項才會變多,這點我認為很不錯。 另外爐子本身不算很大,2~3人一桌比較剛好,如果4人共用一爐的話...
