六日：11:00–13:30，17:00–20:30 一~五：17:00–20:30 「這間店，會紅、一定會紅的吧」在店裡吃了第一口義大利麵，心中立刻浮現這句話。吃完至今已經過了1周？2周？這間店的美味都還是在心中久久無法散去。

這間店的義大利麵真的是令人印象深刻，很久沒有吃到這麼好吃的義大利麵了。雖然店內位子有點少，可能會讓人擔心爆紅後排隊問題，但主廚的精湛廚藝值得推薦給喜歡正宗義大利麵、橄欖油清炒系的人。

🍝這朵白酒蛤蜊絲瓜圓直麵 260元 🌶️ 鹹度剛好，香氣優雅細緻，這道義大利麵就是把奶油蛤蜊加上義大利麵，絲瓜保留了清爽的瓜類香氣，脆脆的口感讓人驚艷。辣度感受不明顯，對我來說是不辣的，怕吃辣的人也可以勇敢嘗試。

週五，我跟內子來到士林後港街的J'adore Pasta，這間小巧卻充滿格調的義大利餐廳，是我們在試吃專家推薦下，想來個兩人浪漫晚餐的首選。

店裡頭，西式古典的裝潢映入眼簾，暖黃的壁燈點綴著，氛圍說有多浪漫就有多浪漫。雖然座位不多，但很貼心地規劃了四個小巧的單人座位區，讓獨自前來的客人也能自在享受。

我們點餐時，內子選了「蒜辣蝦仁野菜園直麵」，而我則被黑板上的「嫩煎小卷」吸引。結果小卷上桌才發現是單點，沒有附義大利麵！嚇得我趕緊加點了一份「玉米奶油酥皮濃湯」，就怕餓肚子呢。

有趣的是，店裡客人的談話聲都特別輕柔，也許是環境太有魔力，讓大家都自動放低音量，享受這份寧靜吧。不過，因為是開放式廚房，用餐時難免會聞到一點點油煙味，但也算是一種現場感啦！

來說說餐點吧！牽手的蒜辣蝦仁野菜園直麵，蝦仁份量真的不少，麵條口感稍微偏硬，我不愛，但內子還蠻喜歡的。至於玉米奶油酥皮濃湯，喝起來就像是日製濃湯粉沖泡的，味道香濃，暖暖的超好喝。而我那份嫩煎小卷，煎得恰到好處，真的非常鮮嫩，一點腥味都沒有，好吃到想再單點一份！
