Managed to book for dinner when I was visiting Taipei.

Ordered the A3 Wagyu set and love it.

The prawn and abalone were awesome! A3 Wagyu is juicy and tender.

My 2nd visit for their teppanyaki and they have changed and improved their dishes, like the appetizers, the sauce they use for lobsters and even the desserts, I would say the dishes are more “modernised” and lighter in general. 食材新鮮、醬料精湛、甜點不是強項，環境亦不甚舒適，不過訂位人員用心、地下室附設停車場，為最近許多 youtuber 推薦地點

餐點 • 松露奶汁蒸蛋 : 中間的半熟蛋配上魚子醬，為之驚喜 • 龍蝦濃湯 : 滿滿的蝦膏味，有栗子無蝦肉，是熟悉地肉多多蝦爆鍋的味道 • 法式鴨肝佐波特醬 : 濃稠且低調的醬，將外放的鴨肝收斂的很有韻味，搭配相同口感的無花果，淡淡甜香與木質味，帶入另一個層次 • 龍蝦佐蜂蜜芥末醬 : 龍蝦好取，上面的起士片意外未搶走太多風采，單吃多汁，醬汁不同於常見搭配速食的味道，是帶點衝撞感的完美平衡 • 雞湯白醬佐松露鮑魚 : 使用的澳洲鮑魚，不僅個頭大塊，肉質也Q彈 • 凱撒沙拉 : 天冷故代替冰沙 • 羊肋排 : 軟嫩且調味得宜，沒有筋也不卡牙縫 • 伊比利豬 : 偏薄、外脆，內裡些許油膩，搭配的椒鹽蒜粒與胡蘿蔔好吃 • 蒜炒飯 : 偏苦又油，非常不推 • 焦糖香蕉 : 外層硬，內裡軟爛，且無新鮮果香味與奶油味 • 舒芙蕾淋香草醬 : 好吃，可惜上餐時，已塌陷

當日餐點 • 湯品 : 牛尾清湯、牛尾濃湯、龍蝦濃湯、洋蔥湯、蛤蜊湯、山藥干貝湯 • 飲品 : 咖啡、紅茶、薄荷茶、洋甘菊、芭樂茶

服務 • 有心的記下訂位資訊，回電時，被認出號碼感覺備受尊重 • 若為慶生，記得於前一天確認訂位時告知，會有主廚準備的奶蓋蛋糕 • 吃完甜點，碰上找不到接待人員結帳的狀況，於是又亂逛回櫃檯區(？)

環境 • 從停車場出電梯後，動線曲折，長廊偏窄 • 坐定位的鐵板區，或許是離門口稍近，室溫稍低 • 座位後方附置物籃，但未幫忙掛大衣 • 甜點區，有淡淡的煙味，小桌子不多，故有機會與有緣之人一起併大方桌

位置 • 近劍潭捷運站一號出口，約十分鐘路程 • 店家入口位於新光銀行右側

停車 • 入口位於新光銀行左側 • 代幣可於結帳時幫忙折抵 • 店家停車位提供於 B3 • 其中兩個車位，可使用特斯拉充電座

朋友介紹讚鐵板燒，看到地址覺得很微妙，這個地方很隱密，假日開放4樓招待所，覺得用餐環境非常的舒適，我最喜歡絲瓜濃湯非常鮮甜，澎湖來的龍蝦，師父真的把它料理的非常的完美，師父建議7分熟最好吃，後面的餐點，都把好吃的熟度交給師父處理，今天吃了羊排，小羔羊的肉軟嫩，師父煎的酥酥脆脆的，這個食材真的很新鮮，餐後的舒芙蕾與香蕉卷，非常的解膩，採預訂付費制，想要來這邊吃飯的人一定要把時間掌握好。

My 2nd visit for their teppanyaki and they have changed and improved their dishes, like the appetizers, the sauce they use for lobsters and even the desserts, I would say the dishes are more “modernised” and lighter in general. Highly recommended their lobster, abalones and their beef rolls with shiso and green pepper.
