Niufang Beef Noodle restaurant is a small neighborhood institution. It’s located right on the corner where a small road meets a larger road. Look for the burgundy signs in front of the order counter and kitchen. We ordered outside and our food was delivered to us in the adjoining dining area. Luckily they have and English menu (ask for it) otherwise just point and be surprised. We ordered the Beef and noodle soup. You have a choice of cut noodles (wide and chewy) or thin noodles also good. The serving size was in a large bowl with plenty of meat, noodles and broth. I thought it was delicious. You can add additional condiments if you like (chili oil, soy sauce, and vinegars. We also ordered dumplings. The lady asked if we wanted ten however, I asked for five; so I am not sure how many come to an order. The dumplings were tender and the pork and vegetable filling was flavorful. Over all I really enjoyed the food and the cool neighborhood vibe; it will make you feel like a local.
