I like the matcha latte which was not sweetened with a lot of matcha taste. I can add brown sugar depending on my taste. The price is low as compared with the other international brand and they have plenty of choice for different types of coffee and tea and I think that's why I see a lot of locals enjoying their coffee/tea there. 飲料做錯不是問題，問題是我很有禮貌地去問店員說是否有做錯的時候，櫃檯直接大聲回我說：「妳是點太妃糖鮮奶茶沒錯喔！」 欸不好意思，是妳自己聽錯我點的飲料的，怎麼可以這麼理直氣壯又大聲，還一句道歉也沒有？ 原本想說如果我收到的也是你們客氣地道歉的話，我就自己默默地喝掉做錯的飲料不要浪費沒關係，但這麼理直氣壯完全0反省還要我回去喝看看不好喝再跟她們說要換^_^誰敢？搞得我像奧客一樣。 真的勸妳們如果這麼容易聽錯客人的點餐的話，請在客人點完餐後再次複誦確認自己有沒有聽錯或是讓客人確認自己有沒有點錯（我是發誓我沒有啦），或是附上點餐明細好嗎？否則當客人要說是店員做錯的時候也真的是死無對證欸。 P.S. 為什麼我可以這麼確定是店員聽錯，因為我一直以來在路易莎都只點焙茶鮮奶茶，多虧了妳們這次做錯飲料，我才知道路易莎原來有一款飲料叫「太妃糖鮮奶茶」，阿從來沒聽過的飲料我是要怎麼點== 真是謝了

11/20上午11:30於劍潭承德門市點餐，食用腿排貝果（加蛋加腿排）至肉品中間部分發現呈粉紅色未熟，當場向門市人員反應後有提供再次加熱，但人員堅持表示送來的肉品都是熟的，她們流程僅需放入微波加熱。 而當我說明有影片留存，門市人員才表示因為兩片肉品一起加熱，用的是制式按鍵的一片肉品微波時長，因此肉品部分可能會受熱較少，卻依舊沒有為消費者食用未熟肉品感受到擔心與歉意。 這次我感受到非常不好的服務體驗，至始試圖欺瞞客戶本身肉品是熟的，到過程中的客服處理，至終我仍然未收到一個正式道歉。吃到生肉後目前身體有些腹脹噁心，會觀察幾日後決定是否向消保官和有關單位反應。 請貴公司妥善教育員工的危機處理，承認錯誤並解決錯誤。用資訊不對稱掩蓋事實甚至欺瞞消費者，事發後終將導致更不良的市場回饋。

今天在一個微涼的上午，走進這間位在街角的路易莎分店，原本只是想簡單坐下來處理些工作，沒想到卻被這裡的氛圍與一份「米堡」給溫柔收服了。 店內空間簡潔寬敞，灰牆搭配木桌，給人一種沈穩又安心的感覺。陽光透過大片落地窗灑進來，窗外是綠意與車流的交錯，而店內則靜靜地流動著咖啡香與微微的輕音樂。這樣的場域，很容易讓人從忙碌中脫身，重新呼吸。 點了一份米堡搭配熱拿鐵，沒想到米堡意外地好吃！外層的米香酥中帶黏，咬下去有一種熟悉的台式溫度；內餡肉質紮實、醬汁不搶戲，反而把食材的本味提升得剛剛好。那是一種像「家常又升級」的美味，讓人吃完會想再點一份。 如果你也在尋找一個可以靜靜坐下、吃點真材實料又不浮誇的小餐點的地方，這間路易莎會是很不錯的選擇。不只是咖啡穩定，連餐點也越來越用心，值得推薦。
