Ordered online. I was checking the updates but it never showed my order was ready. After 20 minutes, I went to see if my order was ready, it was ready. Since they put rice burger on my drink, it was not...

Staff is brainless and slow! Repeated order 3x wrong (2 types coffee). Had to wait forever. AND he overcharged.

人生體驗最差的一家路易莎。 可以加強一下員工教育訓練嗎？在櫃檯等了一陣子才很小聲的在遠處叫我們回去桌上掃QR Code點餐。 回去掃後發現部分品項像是蛋糕，根本就不能在線上點；飲品雖有客製化選擇但冰塊沒有多冰選項。（建議可以增加「備註」欄位） 重回櫃檯點餐後發現前面一位客人結帳後，店員也沒有多做詢問就直接把發票存到對方信用卡中。客人似乎沒有綁定信用卡與載具？總之店員很堅持她有存到，但她的解釋很不清不楚，讓那位客人一頭霧水，一直說客人到「那裡」就看得到了。 無紙化政策很好，可以刷載具也很方便，但對雲端載具操作不熟悉的客人是不是說明清楚一點比較好？或者在結帳時可以多花幾秒鐘詢問。 最後僵持了至少五、六分鐘後才臭著臉願意做進一步處理，臨走前好像是提議要幫客人重新結帳。 雖然路易莎沒有收服務費好像不該要求什麼，但是點餐結帳可以搞成這樣我也是傻眼。 飲料就是路易莎的品質👍🏿 蛋糕非常乾感覺放很久，若有下次不會點甜點類。（但之前有嘗試過這家的植物肉熱壓吐司蠻美味的） 店內座位多，但應該有一半座位被當K書中心，十點到就九成滿了。 椅子只要移動就容易發出尖銳聲響，不確定是地板原因還是椅角。 整體蠻乾淨的，女廁只有一間。
