人生體驗最差的一家路易莎。 可以加強一下員工教育訓練嗎？在櫃檯等了一陣子才很小聲的在遠處叫我們回去桌上掃QR Code點餐。 回去掃後發現部分品項像是蛋糕，根本就不能在線上點；飲品雖有客製化選擇但冰塊沒有多冰選項。（建議可以增加「備註」欄位） 重回櫃檯點餐後發現前面一位客人結帳後，店員也沒有多做詢問就直接把發票存到對方信用卡中。客人似乎沒有綁定信用卡與載具？總之店員很堅持她有存到，但她的解釋很不清不楚，讓那位客人一頭霧水，一直說客人到「那裡」就看得到了。 無紙化政策很好，可以刷載具也很方便，但對雲端載具操作不熟悉的客人是不是說明清楚一點比較好？或者在結帳時可以多花幾秒鐘詢問。 最後僵持了至少五、六分鐘後才臭著臉願意做進一步處理，臨走前好像是提議要幫客人重新結帳。 雖然路易莎沒有收服務費好像不該要求什麼，但是點餐結帳可以搞成這樣我也是傻眼。 飲料就是路易莎的品質👍🏿 蛋糕非常乾感覺放很久，若有下次不會點甜點類。（但之前有嘗試過這家的植物肉熱壓吐司蠻美味的） 店內座位多，但應該有一半座位被當K書中心，十點到就九成滿了。 椅子只要移動就容易發出尖銳聲響，不確定是地板原因還是椅角。 整體蠻乾淨的，女廁只有一間。
