I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It has a speakeasy vibe but is not a speakeasy haha. The brownie was delicious too! I highly recommend the brownie. The service was also amazing. Our waiter was extremely patient and let me practice my chinese. I really appreciated him!

But the drinks were not my favorite. Their menu is giant however so I think we just ordered wrong. I tried the COCO cocktail and my friend had 日本美酒(plum wine). We both did not enjoy our drinks very much. But again, their menu is big so I’m positive other drinks must be good!

Ron is a must in Taipei when it comes to bars. They pay great attention to details on all levels: The finger food is great and authentic to their country of origin (cheese and cold cuts platter, fish and chips ...) This place is really nice if you want to sit down and have a drink in shilin district. The cocktails are quite expensive but dont be mistaken, you can and you should take your time with these drinks, because they contain A LOT of alcohol! The bartenders are friendly and speak sufficient english. The only downside is the atmosphere inside the place, especially in the second floor it could be decorated a little better.
