Campus Cafe — Restaurant in Songshan District

Poor service, ruined experience. Colleague was halfway into his burger and found patty undercooked (red, not pink). When questioned its doneness, staff said it's normal, claimed it's myoglobin (肌紅蛋白) and normal. We didn't claim it was blood but only that it was undercooked but apparently they don't care.

I've also had a double burger and mine was pink which were perfect but that didn't matter anymore. Other dishes were also good, but the mood was ruined.

Also, asked to buy another cup of coke, and was asked that I had to go to the cashier to pay for it first (we had a big group and the main order hasn't been paid). Halted my conversations, got to cashier to pay, and then was told I didn't have to pay yet. Their staff needed better communication...

The food was surprisingly good!!!

I just came in expecting to have something to eat, and was shocked when I took my first bite on the fried chicken nuggets!

I usually don't like chilly food, but the spicy sauce was amazing!

My second favorite dish was the Tiramisu... It's evil, I finished it in 2 minutes...

Usually restaurants in Taiwan will just allow you to stay for 1.5 or 2 hours, but we stayed the whole afternoon, till we order pasta and a huge salad for dinner.

I seriously fell in love with this Brand. Already looking for other branches in Taiwan...

The food is very salty. Service is bad. We told them the food is so salty, and their answer is “we can’t do anything about it. “ The waiters have problems understanding the customers. I want “hot” coffee and they replied “yes, you want a cold coffee. “ The even can’t repeat the correct number of the price. They give you only one and half hour to dine, but it took 45 minutes for them to serve. So you can have only 45 minutes to eat? I know they don’t charge 10% service fee, but is it a good excuse for such terrible food...
