Nosy hair studio — Local services in Taipei

I was visiting from America and wanted to get my hair done while in Taiwan. I found Bear’s IG profile (@nosy__bear) and made an appointment with her. I asked if she took English speaking clients, and she said yes although we mostly spoke Chinese during my appointment. Bear was very sweet and kind when I met her. She was a few minutes late but bought me a drink, which was very kind of her. She was very meticulous and was very diligent and thorough. I loved the color we did. A few days later I felt the hair on one side of my head was too light, so I messaged Bear. She was very accommodating and made me feel very welcome to come back and get it adjusted. After the adjustment, my hair was perfect and exactly what I wanted, and Bear made me feel very comfortable in voicing what I wanted. Went to this salon to dye my hair for the very first time with Nosy 51. As a foreign customer, I had difficulty communicating with my hairdresser regarding the hair color I wanted. The first time he dyed my hair, it did not turn out like I wanted it to due to misunderstanding caused by language barrier and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he was very understanding and offered to fix my hair without any extra cost which i really appreciate. He did an awesome job in correcting my hair color and transforming my hair beautifully without causing too much damage to my hair. And he was very thoughtful and caring during the whole process. In overall, I’m satisfied with the service. Last but not least, I’ve been to this salon for haircut with Mason before and I must admit that I had the best haircut i’ve ever had in Taiwan. He was undoubtedly super professional and skilled!! Apparently, this hair salon is full of young skilled people....

0 star It has been the worst experience. I do not recommend the designer bear91 at all, my hair was natural and it was totally destroyed and mistreated, the days go by and it is worse, it breaks into pieces.
