門口的阿姨很熱心的招呼，就進來了，因為我覺得一宗壽司🍣非常好吃

但是進來之後就有點後悔了，真心討厭一蘭風的座位設計，叫我坐一號位結果一號位沒有補筷子，我只好拿了隔壁桌的，上菜時裡面的師傅也沒有說幫你上什麼麵，或許有說可能很小聲，總之我沒聽到就是了。

今天點了濃豚骨拉麵，湯頭濃郁度個人感覺稱不上濃豚骨，大概就比一般的豚骨拉麵稍微再濃鹹一點。

拉麵上面標準是配置是三片梅花叉燒、三片五花叉燒、一片豆皮跟溏心蛋、蔥絲，這樣280元，價格上是OK，但是個人覺得這邊的叉燒沒有很好吃，梅花偏柴，五花三片有兩片是散不成片的，不肥也不嫩，正常麵條硬度很不錯的有嚼勁，但是吃起來覺得沒有很扒湯，吸麵的時候有點無味，都會喝湯配著吃，印象中沒有吃過拉麵🍜要這樣吃的..... 然後設計上綁了六片叉燒賣280元，個人覺得改成各一片然後賣220或240會比較平易近人。

最後找不到面紙，沒想到設計放在天花板，很妙，抽得時候會飄小屑屑下來，下方就是麵，觀感也不太好

總結不是很喜歡這次的體驗，應該不會再訪也不...

「當午間小聚遇上甘醇鮮香的鹽味奶泡拉麵」 午餐時段與同事們路過，剛好有同事沒吃過這間所以我們就進來了。 🍜 湯頭與配料 正常鹽味湯頭，喝起來甘醇鮮香、清爽不油膩，麵條我請老闆幫我做偏硬，並額外加了一份麵，老闆是在我原本那晚麵條吃完後，令外拿小碗裝一份麵條給我。 叉燒肉質軟嫩，我額外加點了豬肉叉燒，而糖心蛋是完整一顆，滷得剛好，滋味美妙。 💰 價格與位置 位於市中心黃金地段，因此價格中偏上。奶泡拉麵使用的是冷凍油脂，挖一球像冰淇淋那種感覺一樣加入麵裡，而不是我原本預期打發發泡式的。 👨‍🍳 服務與環境 用餐環境非常乾淨，店員由老闆一人負責，處理速度快且高效。即便客人較多時需稍等，但整體來說服務品質上乘。 🍴 小插曲 除了同行同事們外，我們進店家時另有兩位女性顧客在，他們吃得很開心點了很多餐點，會知道是因為我們的出餐順序是排在她們後面，所以老闆要先做完她們餐點才會處理我們的。 結果她們結帳時發現錢沒帶夠，急找她們的朋友過來救援付費。只是想表示這裡好吃到會發生這種事情😂
