Breads made freshly everyday. You can see them baking. They also play good music in the cafe. Everything is above average, especially their soup and red bean bread!! The store is clean and modern style. Will definitely come back again for their bread and milk tea. A very instagram worthy spot you should visit when you are in Taipei😋😋😋😋😋😋 their staffs are pretty nice and friendly . We also got some takeouts. I had been wanting to visit Moon Baking for a while. On a rainy weekday, I went there for a light lunch. The presentation of the baked goods reminded why I love bread dearly. Some seating are available. I tried the salmon sandwich which was delightful. I also got a taro bun to go. The bun itself was soft but with enough chewiness and texture that brought out the flavor of mashed taro. I am looking forward to trying more of...

I LOVE this place. Fantastic bread, French/German style, crispy, fresh, fragrant, absolutely delicious!! (none of that soft, spongy Taiwanese wannabees). I love their baguette and sour dough bread. 從以前只賣麵包到後來有開始提供餐點內用，紅豆小圓法都算是招牌，但我一直以來愛的都是甜甜圈🍩甜甜圈是有嚼勁偏扎實的那種，好吃到我一個人可以吃三個😅😅紅豆小圓法是我第一次吃，不會像外面賣的類似產品有死甜的味道，味道真的恰到好處。 當天內用的酸種手撕豬也好吃，烤成焦糖色的酸種，咬下去不會過硬、配上不會過濕的生菜，放了一下再吃口感也不會變。 不確定之前是不是會附薯條（因為看之前照片好像有？），但目前是沒有。 還是建議多點人還吃，才可以一次點比較多互相分享，不然也很想吃法式吐司跟炸櫛瓜🥹 第一批出爐麵包的時間點是11:00，有想外帶也可以提前跟店員說👌

I had been wanting to visit Moon Baking for a while. On a rainy weekday, I went there for a light lunch. The presentation of the baked goods reminded why I love bread dearly. Some seating are available. I tried the salmon sandwich which was delightful. I also got a taro bun to go. The bun itself was soft but with enough chewiness and texture that brought out the flavor of mashed taro. I am looking forward to trying more of their items.
