Terrible service by this worker name Zen. He was not clear about how to order and gave no instructions or tries to help. He did not want to be there and had an annoyed attitude towards all the customers that had a question. Also, no seats available because it was occupied by dirty dishes from previous customers (I was there before 5pm and it was not busy). Cash only...., and I can overheard staff talking down on customer after they leave. It was disappointing because it was our first time there, safe to say we will never go back. My first bad review on this platform (which I don't like to give) but please avoid coming here to avoid bad service and...

店內人員不論早餐、午餐、晚餐，人多或人少，看到客人都是一律快速問：內用外帶？有位置都能坐。吃什麼？

態度一直都只有不好、很不好這兩種，從來沒有好過。不論店長或是男女店員都是如此，沒有眼神交流，更從來沒有聽過[請，謝謝]。

也許是因為忙碌忘了服務業該有的禮貌，賺了點工錢，但掉了不少做人處事的態度。

餐廳外頭貼著Japanese fastfood, 但對街麥當勞/肯德基/漢堡王的服務人員態度都比你們好多了。

話說回來，其實也就是來吃頓飯而已，門內川流不息的是外送平台的訂單，內用客人也只是充門面的臉孔而已，還多了讓店員整理桌面的麻煩工作，能快速上餐、乾淨迅速就好了，寫那麼多評論是幹嘛？

這家店跟近年日本企業不斷暴雷、舞弊的狀況其實是同步的，畢竟日式餐飲不等於日式服務喔~...
