Tipsy Dragon Bar - craft beers 🍻 and good cocktails 🍸 — Restaurant in Songshan District

Good beers on draft with a rotating menu, infusion cocktails and liqueurs, as well as good bar food. Fried stuff and burgers are on point, sauces are all homemade. Owner is extremely friendly, native English speaker, and puts in the extra effort to make sure everyone is having a good time.

Its both a great spot for a drink in a neighborhood bar, and also is the sort of bar you used to find when you came to Asia and Taiwan in particular and wanted to meet new friends.

Another great bonus is the prices are fairly low compared to other places in the city, and what you're drinking can be hard to get elsewhere too, especially the stuff they mix up in house.

Have been numerous times and will continue going (and do), because its a good hangout spot and is worth the few extra steps from an MRT station it takes to get there. Youbike parking is also close when arriving.

In my adventures as a freshly minted 21 year old American I have yet to walk into a drinking establishment and been immediately full of joy and excitement and have a feeling of serenity all in the same wave of emotions. That was, until of course, I entered the Tipsy Dragon. From the incredible hand drawn art work on the door upon entrance drawing you to this establishments entry point to the friendly face you meet upon walking through these doors. The drinks are poured with a heavy hand and a smile and the chairs are comfortable; what more could you ask for? Don’t worry the Tipsy Dragon has answered this question for you. The beer was all off. No fizz. One drink we had was so off it tasted like vinegar. I hope we are not sick from our visit. This is the worst bar we have been to in Taipei. The beer is tge worst kept beer in asia from my experience.

Suggest the landlord and staff undertake a course on how to keep beer. Short term suggest only serving bottled beers.

The burger was ok. But they dont have fries now but only potatoe balls covered in sugar.

When you get the bill only told final amout. Have to ask for breakdown.

Overall really poor and suggest unsafe. Realy should not be operating like this.
