無肉不歡的我今天受邀第一次到健康廚房吃飯,一進門後優雅樸實的空間設計,令人有耳目一新的舒暢感. 此次吃的是時令蔬食套餐(如圖),兼具五行五色的有機蔬菜九宮格菜盤,繽紛的顏色讓人光看就心情愉悅了起來....清爽不油膩的餐點及創新的烹調方式與口味,吃起來更是驚艷,顛覆我原先害怕吃素的想像,餐點沒有恐怖油膩的菜菜味,而是吃起來滿口的蔬菜原味及果香,真材實料的多樣高纖蔬菜與適當比例的碳水化合物(澱粉)做搭配,讓怕胖的我也吃得很安心,重點是吃得很有飽足感又健康 ^_^,很值得推薦給愛吃健康美食的朋友們 ! 推 ! 推!

感謝聯安健康廚房，吃了聯安健康廚房的有機高麗菜水餃後，真的非常好吃。愛吃麵食的我一直有胃食道逆流、胃酸等狀況，但吃了聯安健康廚房的水餃後，不但不會胃酸，還超級無敵好吃～～～，而且煮水餃的湯，還很清甜好喝暖胃。

不用沾醬就非常好吃，（我一餐可以吃十五顆，會不會太多了，哈哈哈），若是加里仁的純素香醇甜辣醬，也很好吃哦～第一批的５０顆，三天吃完，再加碼...
