This is a 3.5 star rating. The owner is definitely a nice and polite fellow. The oil used is definitely fresh as the breading looks clean. The seasoning is also definitely traditional Taiwanese chicken filet while the meat is definitely fresh. However, we think the meat is not marinated long enough so it doesn't have much flavor other than the seasoning. I would suggest the owner to make sure the meat is well marinated before he fries. Other than that, I do feel the owner is definitely a hard working and honest man who wants to make it a perfect chicken...

Although we have only had about 5 different vendors for fried chicken, this one I feel is the best one we have had. It's really juicy and tasty. Nice friendly owner and great vibe from the place.

Definitely would recommend it. If I am back at Rao He, i will definitely come back for this. Thinking about it now is making me...
