I visited Yoshi’s around 1pm on a Sunday. There were patrons but not enough to restrict access to anything in the bakery and only 2 people in front of me upon checking out. This small bakery here is the epitome of an Asian bakery. The pastries here are fresh and the smell of fresh baked goods greets you as soon as you walk in the door. As you enter you’ll find the plastic trays and tongs just to the right, and then you can fill your tray with fresh breads and baked delectables!
Yoshi’s has quite possibly, THE BEST egg tart I’ve ever consumed in my entire life. And I try them everywhere, all over the world, at all the bakeries people and Google recommend. Yoshi’s egg tart has a phyllo dough crust with an almost sourdough flavor. The flaky crust reminds me of a croissant, and the filling is simply perfection. 首訪~朋友11:30開店就到門口,前面已經排了好幾組人。進到店裡太興奮認真地東看西看,結果去結帳時,由服務人員協助夾取結帳的可頌 已經賣完,要等第二批!🤯😳 不過還好 等半小時而已
最後買了蜂蜜吐司(包) 95 最喜歡的品項之一 吐司聞起來就有一股特殊的香氣 有一點酸酸的。後來朋友說蜂蜜烘焙後是會產生一點酸味沒錯🖐吃起來淡淡的香。是在以往的蜂蜜烘焙品裡,沒吃過的味道 超喜歡🥰
72hrs石臼法國(法棍) 80 也很期待他的法棍。馬上吃 酥脆度和濕潤度都很棒 氣孔也看起來很漂亮😊 吃起來有一股特殊的麥粉香氣 說不出是什麼味 當天是中午前買的,放到晚上 外層已經有些軟。不過吃起來的濕潤感一樣還是很棒
可頌 48 最期待這款了😊 結果一吃完全驚豔🌻🌻🌻🔥超驚呼 很好吃。 陳耀訓的可頌,應該可以說是在台北我覺得最接近巴黎吃到的可頌了!😃 也是台北吃過表層最酥的可頌,也偏油(跟巴黎的一樣!) 我愛🥰 酥香的口感,完全被帶回在巴黎烘焙店吃著可頌的回憶。
巧克力司康 30 司康看起來就不是自己偏愛烤的很酥鬆的那種。不過想想那麼難買還是試試看 結果果真跟看起來一樣,差一點就烤不夠的感覺 而且司康表層也偏軟 不愛~
巴斯克乳酪可頌 48 當天沒吃,晚上摸起來外層的千層可頌 已經完全軟了。冷藏隔天退冰後回烤,外層的千層可頌有恢復酥度。不過吃起來一般。可頌外層沒有奶油香氣 內餡不像起司的口感 反而比較像硬一點的卡士達醬 但又沒有蛋香🤪
以後完全會為了可頌和蜂蜜吐司回訪。但可能要等退燒一點後再來~
