勝博殿 Express — Restaurant in Taichung

I don't know how to actually even pronounce the name but my Taiwanese family has taken me a few time to this place. For me it is amazing. I love the appetiser salad they bring. With sesame sauce. And the sauce that you can make for yourself for rice and other things. And the main courses are great. The service is very lovely. I really like this...

I have no complaints about this restaurant. It was pretty tasty. I absolutely loved the sauce with the ground sesame seeds that Japanese deep fried pork cutlet restaurants are known for. But it didn’t amaze me either, so I will not give 5 stars. I wouldn’t mind going again, but I think there are other, maybe better...

本店相較於設立在百貨公司的空間較大，周末還有二樓空間可以使用，但除了窗戶邊的位置外，其餘座位區的距離仍算窄，所以在意旁人目光隱私者可能要提前預約窗邊位置。關於食材，基本套餐價格都在$250-500（或高達$1000伊比利亞黑豬肉套餐）且需一成服務費，價格愈高當然肉類品質愈好。菜單也有依照季節推出不同組合，例如牡蠣和明太子和味噌火鍋等。特殊之處是內用白飯、味噌湯和小菜（黑豆和蘿蔔可，但青菜除外）都可以無限續加。附近有收費停車場，但假日人手不足，續加餐點或餐後清潔服務都需要等待！

2018/12 再訪：本店教育訓練和服務素質退步很嚴重，食材仍舊維持一樣，但是新菜單的吃法服務人員完全不知，雪見鍋物的乾蘿蔔泥竟然叫顧客對用直接拿肉沾醬方式吃(哪來的沾醬？超級心虛的服務生！)，而不是倒入火鍋內增添風氣，非常誇張！連正確吃法都沒有辦法讓消費者明白，可見這家店經理管理方式也非常有問題。

2021/02 整修後三訪：餐點尚可，但整體略鹹，茶水會多喝一點。整修後感覺舒服一點，至少不像以前一樣老舊。豆腐料理可以不用單點，算踩雷且CP值不高。
