I ordered their char kway teow and hainan chicken for dinner! Looking at the reviews written by Singaporeans and Malaysians, I had high expectations even before entering the restaurant.
Hainan Chicken: Tastes pretty decent, meat was tender and boneless. Came with two sauces which are okay, wish they had the ginger scallion sauce which is actually my favorite out of the three!
Char Kway Teow: Now this thing here is the real hawker food! From the first bite, I could reminisce on the taste of food back home. Growing up as Chinese Indonesian who frequented Singapore and Malaysia, a lot of our foods share similarities with Chinese foods in Singapore and Malaysia and char kway teow is one of them. This thing is packed with flavor and smokiness, definitely get the medium spicy (招牌辣) or above!
Price is very good too and not expensive! Definitely will come back with friends in the future!

Hokkien Mee (福建炒蝦麵): We can taste the effort but the taste is way off. Avoid. Laksa (海鮮椰奶樂三): Surprisingly good and taste really comforting! Char kway teow (炒粿條麵): Best dish out of the 3 and it seems to be a local favourite as well. Taste is on point. Singaporeans should go for medium or big spicy as their small spicy has almost no 辣
Overall the food give us a taste of home and does somehow showcase Singapore rich...

想吃新加坡道地美食不必飛出國✈️ 海南雞飯、叻沙、咖椰吐司、福建炒麵等應有盡有! 上禮拜放假跟著爸爸媽媽一起去吃 終於吃到心心念念的炒粿條了٩(♡ε♡ )۶
鰤樂仨環境明亮看起來也相當乾淨衛生✨ 開幕至今用餐時段總是座無虛席 雖然採現場候位但其實等待時間不會太久 一家三口點了三份餐再加上咖椰吐司不過600出頭 價格相當實惠且CP值高! 非常推薦給喜愛新加坡美食的朋友們(ノ´ヮ`)ノ*: ・゚
「海鮮椰奶樂仨(河粉)」$155 樂仨其實就是叻沙!酸中帶辣的湯頭有著濃濃椰香,非常開胃好吃😋叻沙蠻大一碗食用完真的非常飽足。 他們家的叻沙麵體有四種選擇非常特別,分別是油麵/米粉/河粉/油麵+米粉,我個人偏愛河粉的口感,吸附滿滿的微辣奶香湯汁吃起來相當過癮~ 海鮮叻沙麵配料非常豐富,有鮮蝦、魚板、油豆腐、炸多利魚塊、魚丸、水煮蛋、豆芽菜等,湯頭辣度本身為小辣程度,辣度還可以往上再加上去🔥喝起來相當濃郁順口,無辣不歡的朋友們非常推薦試試!
「海南雞飯(附青菜跟清湯)」$145 雞腿肉非常鮮嫩多汁,肉質完全不會柴😍店家處理的相當得宜,上桌前除了幫忙去骨,還會再稍微加熱一下~無論單吃還是沾醬吃都超級美味! 不得不誇讚海南雞附的醬汁,一個是甜醬油膏,另一個是非常酸爽的檸檬金桔醬,酸甜中帶點微辣特別勾起食慾( "´༥`" ) 而海南雞飯的飯有點像是泰國長米,經調味過後散發著淡淡香氣,粒粒分明的口感非常棒👍🏻 附的青菜和清湯都相當清爽,青菜品項每日都不太一定,可以先詢問店家,個人覺得青菜調味不會過重,如果喜吃重口味可以直接蘸甜醬油膏或是檸檬金桔醬都不錯!另外附湯的雞油味非常濃郁特別的香~冷掉會稍嫌有些油膩,趁熱趕快喝比較好喝!
「炒粿條」$110 其實也不太清楚炒粿條確切發源地在哪裡?但是只要看到炒粿條或是港式乾炒牛河,二話不說直接點一份再說~ 不得不說鰤樂仨的炒粿條真的好吃,是我們家一致認同非常推薦的餐點😆味道正宗絕對是必點品項! 大火快炒鍋氣十足將濃郁醬汁鎖在食材中,鮮蝦、魷魚、雞蛋、豆芽、韭菜等豐富的配料,另外還有吃到QQ的魚餅~有點類似韓國魚板,連同粿條全部都巴上一層醬汁,鹹香濃郁讓人停不下來🤤 這道炒粿條可以選擇辣度,小辣更能夠帶出整體香氣和層次,不過炒粿條本身算是重口味料理,一個人吃份量偏多會有些膩,建議多人分食享用。
「Kaya吐司」$65 別看裡面厚厚一層咖椰醬和奶油🧈鰤樂仨的Kaya吐司整體吃起來一點也不甜膩! 外酥內軟的烤土司內層塗滿綠色咖椰醬,是雞蛋、椰奶、砂糖、香蘭葉去熬煮收汁成醬,咬一口吃得到不同層次的香甜滋味,在咬一口奶油的鹹香,曼妙的甜鹹滋味在味蕾中釋放,即使冷掉也是酥脆好吃,不愧是一試成主顧的新加坡美食ꉂꉂ(¯ᗜ¯*)𐤔
