I ordered the assorted nigiri, sword fish, and salmon. You have the choice to sear the fish or not.
Soy sauce, water, and chopsticks appear to be self serve.
The fish was fresh and sweet! The rice could use the vinegar, salt, and water. I was impressed by the squid/ika.
They put a lot of wasabi in the hand roll (but I’m also a wimp).
The atmosphere was very nice; it’s a very small space/store.

The place is cozy and clean, you can sit to have your meal and they have toilet. I ordered my favorites and the chef was very attentive to tell us to eat the temaki roll first to enjoy crispy seaweed, and to taste the fried soft tofu with the sauce which was super delicious by the way! Read more目前大部分的評論都是衝著免費唐揚雞而來的,但我必須在此持相反意見,給未來的顧客和商家一點建議 先評論餐點的部分,我和我朋友在今天約莫17:40抵達餐廳後,店內只有我們之外的兩組客人,點了炙燒牛肉丼飯跟唐揚雞丼飯以及打卡送的唐揚雞,好消息是丼飯的表現很好,醬汁搭配飯吃的很過癮,牛五花也不油不膩;壞消息是直到我們離開,依舊沒有拿到打卡贈的唐揚雞 並不是說多小氣多貪心,才在事後來留下如此評論,而是店內餐點製作的動線上有很大的缺失:首先是內場負責出餐的廚師,看了一下應該只有兩個人,受限於廚房大小,很難再有更多人進內場,也因為廚房太小,出餐的速度很緩慢,可以明白油炸唐揚雞需要時間,但到我們離開店家的18:30,仍沒有收到我們的唐揚雞,很大一部分的原因便是廚房實在沒有多餘空間能有餘力負責主餐以外的配菜;外場服務生也是一個問題,外場的服務生在一間小小的店內多達兩人,而且很多時候是沒事情做的站在旁邊,甚至可以看出因為剛開業而導致員工訓練有不足之處,內場跟外場也是沒有良好的溝通,點餐收款的人在內場,而送餐帶位的人在外場,造成外場的服務生不知道客人實際上點了什麼東西,有的時候還要回去問內場的廚師們,而內場就已經對餐點焦頭爛額,更不會去注意到每桌上誰有打卡或誰餐點未到齊 總的來說,此次用餐體驗還是不錯的,味增湯也很好喝,額外附贈在內的魚更是畫龍點睛之筆,但打卡送的唐揚雞沒能送到的原因我歸結為:廚房空間不足+內外場溝通不良+太高估廚房出餐速度而給出的優惠方案;沒有快速出餐且有效率的內外場,就不應該祭出如此耗時間的優惠活動,打打折的方案或送一些提前備好的小菜反而可能比較適合這間店的環境 因為餐點好吃,服務態度佳,環境乾淨整潔,我會再訪,但希望如此優良的店家能再之後多吸收建議,改善之後相信能收...
