10多年來一直是布莉歐的忠實顧客， 然而今天徹底失望！ 有事先在門市臉書留言說要客製化蛋糕 並事先將蛋糕樣本給小編看過（如圖一）， 並經過電話詢問過樣式是否可以製造（如圖二） 經過討論後，小編也表示詢問過蛋糕師傅可以製造，只要另外將Q版造型給店家即可。 花了時間將手稿繪製好後， 特別將圖片帶至蛋糕店（如圖三） 然而至店到門市時店員表示圖稿不是Q版，要求重新繪製，繪製完Q版後店員又來說師傅說不能製作（如圖四） 所以上網到網站查了小熊圖案給店員（圖五） 但店員表示這也不是Q版⋯而且擔心做出來會和我想的不一樣⋯ 內心無限OS請問什麼叫做Q版？超級傻眼⋯⋯ 且當下已有明確告知接洽店員，「不用做出來有毛的感覺，做的不像也沒有關係！」 真的讓人非常無奈，如果不接單可以直說，何必一開始要說可以製作，然後到店後卻又說無法做出這樣的造型，因為我給的圖案不是Q版，還要我現場畫手稿，上網找圖⋯ 我花了了這麼多時間又受氣！ 是一個非常差的消費體驗。
