Rong Cuisine — Restaurant in Taichung

This is easily one of the most memorable meals I have had in Taiwan. Innovative combination of flavors is the name of the game here. Many of the dishes are very creative and the combination of flavors surprising but ingenious. The glazed radish in miso sauce was a delightful fusion of sweet and savory. The tomato in red sauce was topped with what I believe is ginger sugar and the confluence of sweet and sour, red wine and ginger was unlike anything I have ever tasted. In a selfish way I don't want to write a good review- lest other people find this place and I can't get a spot at the counter. But I owe it to the boss to say what an awesome meal I had there. 經由朋友推薦的一間夜貓子餐廳，因為工作關係比較晚下班，有開到這麼的餐廳馬上就預定了！也可能因為是在平日，所以比較容易預定到位置，不然聽友人說，這間真的很難預定，因為老闆只有一個人作業，為了顧及品質，有每個時段的人數限制，雖然說剛知道的時候會覺得小麻煩，但也能理解，畢竟用餐的品質跟環境也是十分重要！當日用餐時，總共3組客人，不會過於吵鬧的環境，讓人用餐起來十分舒服。

交通上，店裡位置在富興工廠內，開車或是騎車考量停車的話，附近都是紅線，很難找到免費車位，但店的對面就有一個小停車場，整體而言，花點停車費，停車上就算是方便。如果要搭公車的話，可以搭到台中火車站在步行過來。

餐點部分，每一道都讓人很驚豔！除了擺設上有用心的小設計，每一道的料理不論是配菜或是醬汁，都十分有特色，也讓人可以感受到老闆的用心！所以雖然每一道菜都要有等待時間，無法一次把菜上齊，但好吃的料理就會讓人有耐心等待。

櫻花蝦滷肉飯。看似普通原本以為只是滷肉飯加上櫻花蝦而已，結果沒想到滷肉肥瘦適中醬汁偏甜是懷念的南部口味，配上櫻花蝦讓滷肉飯增添新奇感。

岩石煙燻豬心。上面紅心芭樂及起司脆片搭配一起吃，味道很和諧會讓人想一吃再吃，豬心的呈現的方式讓人感覺不出來，讓人沒有吃內臟的恐懼，加上配料及醬汁，是很可以點兩份的一道！

清燉牛尾湯。湯是最後才上，是滿清爽的湯，牛尾吃起來鮮嫩，但有一點肥，所以不敢吃肥肉的人可以跟別人分享一起喝一碗，配上檸檬片倒不會那麼油膩。

紅酒燴牛肉。牛肉超級嫩！咬下去第一口超驚豔的！配有馬鈴薯、櫛瓜、菇類、紅蘿蔔，蔬菜部分是用烤的，櫛瓜烤過依然多汁好吃，沾著醬料一起吃是超完美搭配。

蟹肉餅。原本很怕是使用碎蟹肉，但有吃到完整的蟹肉覺得很感動！趁著吃也是非常好吃的一道主食。

蒜香奶油炒菇。裡面有四種菇類，菇味道不會太重，蒜香跟奶油的味道完整融合到菇類裡但卻不膩。

因為位置的關係及老闆對店裡的布置，雖然是晚上但在這裡用餐卻讓人有種回家的感覺，也可能是不回同時接待多人用餐，所以整體用餐感覺非常舒適，只是餐點製作上真的需要時間等待，再次提醒，如果是比較急性子的，要來用餐真的要考慮！每一道餐點都可以吃出老闆的用心，是真的非常好吃！很推薦跟我一樣用餐時間都偏晚，或者是聚會時間訂在比...
