春光閣 Springlightbar — Restaurant in Taichung

Interesting bar that incorporates Taiwan culture with Taiwan's alcohol. Got to try many unique local alochol that were hard to find outside of Taiwan. Bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable about the alcohol which gave me more insights about each drink.

Level 2 was of a different concept and drink menu, which I didn't manage to try this time round but look forward to be back for in future.

I'm glad that I've decided to visit this bar solo on my last night in Taichung. Highly recommended for anyone visiting...

Really cool bar. A must for tourists that want a uniquely Taiwanese cocktail experience. Very different from traditional cocktails, in that they are tea and wine-based, and use 100% Taiwanese ingredients. The food was excellent, with amazing presentation. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and could help you out if you’re a bumbling English-only tourist (me).

Great service and chill atmosphere. Looks a little ‘non-foreigner’ friendly when you walk by from the outside but once inside everyone speaks English and is overwhelmingly friendly. Great drinks and even gave us several samplers to try. Overall very inexpensive as well. Food, four drinks and a fun night of was only around $25. Would recommend...
