I can not read Taiwanese so I can not know this place is where I came in. If it is where I came, I think it's very good. A tasty hot pot chain store with all you can eat vegetables bar. Visited at least over 5 different same brand stores, this one in Fonjia area is the worst one due to its space design. The veggies bar is too narrow and packed with people. Luckily the food is in same good quality which make here still a...

這家同個地點的每個型態的店都有到訪過 用餐時間1.5小時 是否你們的訂位時間要錯開 預留十分鐘收拾的時間。 而不是因前一桌客人未離席，而要有訂位的後來的等待吧～ 改成輕享是第一次 趁著築間點數快到期 加上看到有我愛的麻奶湯頭 就先訂了晚上7：30的位置 ～我7：20就已到先進去報到 ～我其實15不到就到了，但我想說十分鐘的預留時間，所以20分才進入 店員說客人還未離席再稍等 我想著是自己早到就到外面等 又熱加蚊子超多，好在我有攜帶防蚊的 要不然真的會翻臉 也沒坐的地方 7：40想說進去問問 說已經提醒客人了，他們還未離席 此時不想再去外面等…熱＋蚊子 就在裡頭等 我有看到員工再去裡頭提醒 後來終於看到上一桌的離席 但…能站的地方小又是員工置物的地方 就在那個小區域借過來借過去 此時我已經在深呼吸 終於客人走了，我46分入席坐下時一看 要炸了…剛擺上的餐具，有異物，當下我叫了服務人員，結果可能沒聽到，隔壁桌的二位還往我這看，所以我的聲音是夠的。拿衛生紙試擦能弄掉我也算了。 到了醬料區，碟子也是有東西或些許的水或看起來油油的，一樣拿衛生紙擦。醬料缺也隔很久才補。菜碟一上來 青菜上又有肉眼可見的黑點，我就當是木耳屑或米血屑自己用掉。 然後服務員是看人選擇要不要加湯的嗎？ 看到湯快見底，沒人來詢問，～我不是一直喝湯型，所以可想煮多久，我覺得要加湯自己去說沒問題，怎麼後來一樣是一個人用餐的另一桌，才吃沒多久就看到有人問他需不需要加湯。 結帳時也稍等～這點我還行 但在等的過程中，真心想建議是否人員動線要再思考安排過。櫃台沒人，一到又稍等…又是在那要不好意思借過… 店員沒問題 有問題的是sop及人力配置 真希望下次去能改善 要不然我只好捨近求遠去其他間了
