羊腳筋燉煮很用心，吃得出來老闆耗費非常多的時間與功夫，羊肉羊筋入口即化但依然膠質豐富，湯頭開始時算清淡，好入口，暖心暖胃，不過跟所有鍋類料理一樣，不宜旺火久煮，如果只是小火保溫，這湯頭可以喝很久，湯底加了甘草，讓湯喝起來不會只有單純的中藥味，也同時去除羊騷味，這點很貼心，讓怕羊騷味與中藥味的客人能更安心享用，外帶的羊油麵線口感極佳而且味道豐富既香且純。 另外雖然店面不大，但老闆以及老闆娘熱情又親切的態度，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，這點非常感謝
