We came across this cute little place selling the most simple and yet popular Taiwanese small eats. The place doesn’t have a whole lot of seating and was packed. What I liked 香菇肉燥乾麵 perfect combination of flavorful sauce and delicious dry noodles 厚厚厚極品牛肉麵 love that the broth is balanced in flavors. The beef is super tender and falls apart easily. 紅油抄手 great sauce! Could use a teeny bit more vinegar but otherwise delicious.
What could have been better Not a huge fan of the fried rib (meat was a tad dry & sweet), though the pickled cucumbers o accompanying it were tasty 🙃

The braised pork rice is also amazing. You can tell this place puts a lot of care into the quality of the ingredients and the prep.
The beef noodle soup wasn't my personal style, but I can still appreciate how high quality it was.
The prices are suuupper reasonable, almost too cheap. I would pay more than double the menu price
