Edia Cafe , 在台中市，算是很神奇的存在，算一算，它的咖啡，喝了20多年了，這裡，有很多的故事，很多的老朋友，很多的音樂，很多的小說（老闆打發時間的戰利品），很多的漫畫，很多的敗家資訊，呵呵，總之，很多的資訊 常開玩笑，台中市，沒來過這家咖啡館，不算夠大尾，真的，不開玩笑，好多台中市的政商，名人，都是老闆的客戶，大家在這邊久了，都變成了好朋友 來Edia Cafe 喝咖啡，大部分的人，會有自己的老位子，有人顧吧檯，有人窩在角落，有人顧門口，有人長居戶外，享受他的呼吸運動，順便欣賞老闆長期培育的盆景，不知為何，最近好像又多了老多植物 來這裡，每個老客，都會有屬於自己的咖啡，來久了，大家的習慣，就是“照舊”，雖然不確定老闆是否還記得，但是，就照舊，會喝到自己想要的東西，老闆也會記得老客的口味，每杯咖啡，都不太一樣，每個老客，也都會有固定的杯子，因為，這裡的杯子，也是經典，從開店開始，老闆就大方的提供各國的名牌經典咖啡杯，在這裡，喝咖啡，是享受，看老闆心情，看客人，會出現不同的杯子 雖然，曾幾何時，大家都在喝啤酒，香檳，紅酒，呵呵 偶爾，老闆心情好，會烤模好吃的起司蛋糕，看看運氣，反正會依照季節時間會有不同的東西，來這裡，是老客的生活習慣了～！

台中手沖咖啡很棒的一間咖啡店 假日沒有預約直接走進來剛好還有位子 不過店內空間較小 會覺得稍微壅擠一點 不過有書牆 黑膠 外面還有種植盆栽讓人的感受非常放鬆舒服 櫃檯上有幾種手沖咖啡豆可以試聞來選擇自己喜歡的味道 然後低消是一杯飲料 [咖啡] 瓜地馬拉 月兔莊園 藝伎 水洗 哥倫比亞 繁花玫瑰 繁花莊園 卡杜拉 熱衝擊水洗 [甜點] 焦糖烤布丁 瓜地馬拉這支是喝到了一點點太妃糖的味道 還能感受到咖啡的厚實感 哥倫比亞這支則是真的有淡淡的玫瑰香味 對於喜歡有那種淡淡花香的人來說應該會很喜歡 手沖咖啡能感受到各自的風味非常好喝 兩個不同的咖啡豆喝下來感到濃醇順口完全不會苦

·低消一杯飲品 ·僅提供現金支付 ————————————————————— 西西里冰咖啡 $160 淡淡的檸檬味配上尾韻帶點苦味的咖啡，喝起來十分清爽，適合炎熱的夏天～ 但以個人口味來說，會希望檸檬可以再酸一點。 焦糖烤布丁 $80 吃起來有點像是統一布丁味道，焦糖的苦味十分突出，口感偏脆（？）比較不是我所喜歡的布丁。 巴斯克焦香乳酪蛋糕 $90 外皮焦黑處吃起來苦苦的，內餡是走輕乳酪路線的蛋糕；如果是喜歡重乳酪的話，吃到的第一口可能會有點小失望。 以咖啡廳的甜點價位來說十分划算，店內也陳列了許多店家收藏的書籍，搭配著輕柔的音樂，是個適合久坐看書休息的地方！

The staff were very knowledgeable in what they were serving and the aesthetic was very pleasant overall. Their coffee was well prepared and worth the prices charged. The entrance could pretty easily be missed but certainly seems to be a local favourite.

Nice place to enjoy coffee and sunny afternoon. Owner is pretty nice and knowledgeable. They have several coffee beverages that other places do not have it. I had espresso soda ($140). Like the balance and interesting combination of espresso and sparking water. There are a lot of books and magazines which are...
