Teppanyaki is my favourite cuisine. I know CHAMONIX from another city and have a good memory. So it was easy to decide to come here today. Here in Taichung the combination of best food and best service in CHAMONIX is the same as I remember from my previous visit in another city. The four Chefs who worked in parallel were all excellent and skilled, with grace and confidence. Pay attention to their movements, see how they cut the meat, how they roast your duck or your shrimps that will be soon put in your dish. It is a bit disappointed or maybe I expected a bit too much. There is a huge room to improve in a lot of aspects. The appetiser is a bit weird taste abalone, and the soup is quite normal, being too normal, the main dishes are great and delicious but the rice came a bit too early, the drink and dessert was okay but the champagne free offer is a highlight on that night, overall is alright and I may go again, but not eagerly to and not really worth the prices seems.
