感覺每隔二個月就去買了生日蛋糕，老二是十一月生，老婆一月，老大二月，至於我是八月，今天還是指定要來買，只是，在連續二年多的購買經驗，本來很滿意的感覺，卻連連三次都非常不愉快，蛋糕本體味道，作工，色澤，材料，價錢都還好，但是幾乎不到五分鐘的互動，店員根本漫不經心，當我人站在蛋糕櫃前，似乎都不願面對顧客主動解說，非得要我舉手揮手，才不甘不願地跟來，當詢問那一個是那種口味時，回答也是感覺馬虎，急於要結束的意思，看來這間店顧客滿意度，一定與我二年前感受不同了，連我上次要他們附上生日蠟燭，我都還要再度請託，他們才給一根，我這次直接就說17根，管你要不要給，當然你們不給，我們顧客也不能怎樣，但這可是生日才會去買，難道你們開店就應付假日的觀光客，所以接待態度就不在意了嗎？我買了二年八份蛋糕，每次看到的態度，確實都愈來愈差，我真覺得有這樣必要，每次買每次生氣嗎？極力懷疑這間老闆根本沒在管理，也沒在意，只在意收到錢...
