I've visited various outlets in Singapore and Malaysia, which have always been awesome. However, the experience at the Taichung outlet gave me a totally different experience. Unlike in Singapore and Malaysia, there was no service while waiting for our number to be called – we have to look for seats ourselves, no snacks, or drinks were offered at all. Even after we ask the crew for drinks after half an hour of waiting, nobody bother to serve us and we have to get the drinks and snacks ourselves. That's not the worst part, the snacks and drinks section is the worst, only 1 type of snack and drink available to get and the drink tasted like plain water.

I ordered the signature tomato which is also my favourite soup base, the soups were so blend. Nobody bother to ask us if the soup is ok or blend in the beginning, and the ingredients lacked freshness as well. This makes me damn disappointed with...

Horrible dinner at this restaurant. A waste of time. I needed to wait more than 2 hours in the line. I was expecting something really special but it was only an average Hot Pot Restaurant.

FOOD: Average. There was nothing that I had tonight that tasted unique. Just normal dishes. Nothing special.

MENU: They give you an IPad and you can see what you want to Order.

SERVICE: Quite efficient and giving us soup and water when we were running out of them. But for me too noisy because it had some Birthday Celebration and they sang and some performance. I don’t like it.

PRICE: 2,103 NTD 兩位。My friend and I didn’t get full. The price is totally unfair since that there was nothing special. It’s easy to find better Hot Pots more delicious and much cheaper...
