HUN貳位於逢甲商圈 同JAI宅的感覺也非常有質感~ 當天用餐雖然是週末 但因為是投票日所以沒有特別排隊 不過平常六日切記一定要訂位啊!
跟JAI宅一模一樣不得不讓人吐槽的地方 就是桌面實在是太小了💢 擺放兩個主餐盤就差不多快飽和 更何況我還只是單點而已並不是套餐 可想而知要是點了雙人套餐桌面根本放不下🥲 不知道旗下SUNG嵩會不會好點?

「橘醬超級爆炸蛤蜊麵」$320 (加量免費、溫泉蛋 +$20) 其實我不小心點錯!本來應該是要點會辣的橘醬才對🌶️結果下班有點恍神加上太餓血糖低,手機點餐的時候沒注意看就點到不會辣的品項了,雖然還是很好吃,但總覺得欠一味~ 麵條是偏硬口感吃起來不會太過軟爛👍裹滿橘醬的麵條會捲成一坨置在盤子中間,周圍則擺上爆炸數量的蛤蜊!滿滿濃郁醬汁都扒在蛤蜊和麵條上,水波蛋是半生熟的口感,搭配橘醬真的很好吃(´ސު`) 這次吃到的蛤蜊肉非常新鮮,當天吃的size也不會說太小,雖然我沒有特別數但份量感覺不少,一盤將近快要50顆,店家會附一個鐵盤給你裝蛤蜊的殼,基本上蛤蜊殼會堆成一座小山,多到滿出來的空殼索性直接放在吃完的空盤裡。 愛吃蛤蜊的直接點超級爆炸蛤蜊麵就對了!蛤蜊份量是一般爆炸的2倍,才多$50而已cp值可說是非常高🤩非常推薦喜歡蛤蜊的朋友( ¤̴̶̷̤́ ‧̫̮ ¤̴̶̷̤̀ )
「黑松露白醬炙燒味噌松阪豬飯」$320 (溫泉蛋 +$20) 燉飯是帶有米心口感嚼起來不會軟爛,將黑松露混入白醬中,奶香白醬完整吸附了每一顆米粒,黑松露讓白醬的濃郁風味更上一層樓,瞬間勾勒起食慾,鹹香滋味讓人每一口都超滿足! 雖說黑松露味並沒有特別濃,但因為有添加些黑松露,吃起來的確是比單純白醬沒那麼膩口,而且略帶臭香的黑松露白醬真的非常耐吃👍🏻 燉飯上方擺放的是味噌醃製過的松阪豬,經炙烤後表皮呈現焦黃,脆口的松阪豬硬度非常剛好,外部口感微微酥脆裡頭肉質彈嫩!因松阪豬是油脂偏高的部位,配上口味稍重的燉飯會顯些油膩,檸檬片可以擠在油香的松阪豬上方,這樣吃起來會更加清爽,搭配燉飯整體而言相當好吃啊(=̴̶̷̤̄ ₃...
