The wait is very. And if you think you are next there is always a new waiting line around the corner. Not recommend if you are in a hurry. Part of the wait has to do with the inefficient set up of the store

This place serves good ramen.but its on the expensive side. Other stores serve the same style but ore not ichiran branded

The store manager is pretty rude. We lost our luggage tag. That was accidentally taken by the staff while receiving the food. This can happen, and people make mistakes , but the way the store manager handled the situation by just telling no tag no bag and run away as fast as possible is unacceptable this is not looking for solutions or defusing the situation. This is just being rude, incompetent and unprofessional.

I don’t think that in the near future i will revisit. Unless the attitude of this store...

Like I've always said.. Queuing to dine here is like queuing for a rollercoaster ride.

Was asked to wait for 30 minutes. Didn't feel like the wait was too long as there were seats inside. However, queuing with kids are a different story.

We went at 3pm on Tuesday.

Food is always good here. They also provided baby chairs and baby bowls. But are no baby spoon and fork. Luckily, I brought my own baby chopsticks for my kids.

Pork slices were too hard to chew for my 3 year old.

Free flow of cold water from the vending machine.

Tried the medium spicy and loved it.

Ordered the lighter soup for my 2 kids to share, and it tasted great, too.

While I dined there, it was already midnight, and to my surprise, I still had to have a 20 minute wait until I get the seat. Dining here requires you to pay first before entering their seats, which are layout as a whole row with single person dining areas. It may be hard to understand so here is an example: if you come in as a group of four, you all will be seated next to each other, dining in your personal space instead of a group table. Enough of that. The food is quite delicious and the soup is tasty. However I still think the restaurant is WAY overpriced with a small glass of beer...
